We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ItalyThere was hardly anything we didn’t like. An elevator would have made life easier but I think it is uncommon for buildings with only 2 or 3 floors. Also, it takes a couple of attempts to get used to the parking, especially if you have a big car.
Apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has a beautiful view of the Valsassina and the Grigna mountains. It is clean, well furnished, quiet and located close to Barzio’s main square (5 minutes on foot). We liked the powerful AC, the cleaning robot, the dishwasher, the washing machine, the large shower, the large fridge and the large TVs. Blinds are controlled via a switch. There is plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. There is a private parking spot right at the entrance of the building.

Romania- Extremely cold! Couldn’t sleep! Apartment was cold at arrival, 13 degrees celsius. Middle of winter, waited 11 hours to reach 19 degrees celsius. They “activate” the heat remotely and don’t check if it actually works when there are negative temperatures outside! - You don’t have a normal duvet/blanket for sleeping. You will only get thin throw over blankets. I thought thin blankets from pictures are only for presentation. - Thin walls, you can hear all the neighbours - Dirty shower towel in the bathroom - Parking space is shared, not private (as advertised) - Host seemed kind until we had problems with the apartment. Then they became rude and didn’t take responsability for anything. - When they got contacted by booking.com for a refund, they pretended they don’t know English. After many calls, they refunded one night out of 7. It’s offensive! - Avoid if you want to enjoy your vacation! This is my first negative review ever, this property ruined our ski vacation. We were able to enjoy it after we moved to a proper hotel. I know errors can appear but building is old and they relate to a remote to heat the apartment. They told us the apartment will be heated at arrival.
