I was asked to let the maid in to take something from the balcony during my stay, and she was inside my room with the door open right before my check out. Entering the room without the guest’s permission in their absence should at least be discussed over the phone

The location is great, but also very noisy, especially with the reconstruction (May2025). The room is fine enough, we only had a little problem with a shower, but nothing unbearable.

Location is great, so close to the central station for traveling aroung, also very close to the old center and everything you need. We really appreciated the location and stayed here 2nd time.

The property is well positioned, a 10 minute walk to the old town with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable

The electrical outlets were a bit worrisome. Not sure if it was a voltage issue, but there was quite a buzz at every connection point including the main breaker panel.

The water pressure was low so it was difficult to take a shower or to wash hair. As we were a group of friends we wanted to have separate cover sheets, which they could not ensure.

Very good location next to the station and walking distance from the city center and old town. Quite modern design rooms, nice staff. We could always find parking place in the near.

The water pressure in the shower was hopeless. Not sure if everyone else in the accommodation was showering at the same time but my three showers were with a trickle of water. We stayed three nights and the room was not serviced in this time, not that we minded as we are a tidy couple but the coffee machine only had 4 pods which ran out after a day and a half and even when our host wrote asking us how things were and I asked for more coffee nothing happened, so don’t think he was very sincere with his enquirey.

Certainly for us close to the train stn. and the main shopping street in Bari with places to have breakfast.

Pretty rough getting in and out at night, people trying to get in, Saturday night worse. lacking a few basics, no drinking glasses or wine glasses. No plug in bathroom sink. no long life milk in fridge.

There’s a construction side right next to the balcony, so it rather gets loud at times. But in the evening it’s rather calm even though it’s a Main Street.

The location is very good- right at the main street leading to all bars, cafes, shops and to the old town. You can easily reach the train station within 2 minutes. We had a room with a balcony- which was very nice. The staff was helpful, check in was also easy.

Noise from other apartments carries a little.

The room was very clean, large, and nicely decorated. Good bathroom facilities, a proper coffee machine, and a great balcony. Well located for transport and the sights.
