How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The location is not very comfortable, but if you have rented a car - everything is fine.

Noise when outside because of location, but this is to be expected.
Modern, spacious and clean family room. Very close to the airport. Air-con, parking (with reservation) and outdoor space. Very good communication. They can also arrange car hire.

Very distant from airport- we thought it would be closer. Also no amenities close by. Walked about 2 km to closest restaurant and it was fully booked, so bought dinner to go and carried it back. A little inconvenient.

The towels were low quality. They shed a lot and had loose threads, so we couldn’t use them.
Comfortable room, close to the airport. Great for a short stay.

Arrived and there was someone else in our room. We had to contact the staff at 2am to get another code for a different room. Would have been nice if an email had been sent before arriving to inform us that we had a different room.
The room was great, huge room with a large bathroom. Very clean and great for an overnight stay for the airport.

Federico was super helpful with providing us with the shuttle service to and from the airport. She was so prompt and helpful with communicating with us. She even booked us a table at the Casablanca Restaurant for dinner and showed us the best route to walk there.

Unfortunately, with remote check-in, there is nobody on the premises to handle problems with other guests. The next room had their TV on all night, which meant a poor night’s sleep. Not the fault of the hotel, but something to consider with other future bookings.
I liked the location near the airport, but also near the ocean. We could walk to an excellent seafood restaurant. The room was clean and just what we were looking for. I was amazed at the excellent responsiveness of our remote contact. She was quick and arranged a taxi for our early morning flight.

This hotel is suitable only for customers with the car. The room could be 2/3 sqm bigger, but big enough for sleepover.
Clean. Modern. Fine backyard if you stay in Barcelona room. Good sound isolated, you can not hear airplanes or motorway noise from the room. Aircondition. Free spacious parking. 7 min driving to airport

It was close to the airport, they also arranged our car for our stay, they arranged for it to be ready at the airport for us and sent instructions, photos and videos of how to access the property and car. The communication and customer service was excellent. Definitely recommend them.

Nothing, it was perfect, AND a great value!!
Clean, well thought out rooms, perfect amenities. Will always stay here flying in and out of Bari. No on site staff but if you do need something they are there in minutes. Straight forward check in, check out. Highly recommend!

The apartments are comfortable and clean. They are beautiful decorated and modern. The location is close to the airport, which was what we were looking for. The shower was excellent and the beds comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything exceeded our expectations – the accommodation was very comfortable and the location perfect for relaxing. What impressed us the most was the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. A big thank you to Mrs. Federica, who was especially attentive and welcoming! We will definitely come back.

There is nothing I didn't like. Some people might not like the planes flying over or the highway noise, but for me it wasn't a problem.
A great place to stay if you have a job in the Bari area. Close to the airport, with convenient parking, good security measures.

No reception, I have a lot of stress about not closing my mobile in the room, if my mobile was stolen, battery dead I can't go in that's new technology and no contact with the living person is not comfortable for me.
