I got nothing bad to say to be honest.

I stayed 4 nights with my family and it was excellent. Rooms were clean, had everything we needed. The location is perfect, being in the middle of the Rimini beaches and shops, close to the Centro Storico of Rimini. It has private parking which costs only 15 euros/day. You can also buy 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for 20 euros per day for beach 56, which is the closest at only ~200 meters away. The breakfast is good and also quite cheap for a buffet. One more thing to add, the service was perfect, everyone is friendly and ready to help with anything. For the price it's a no-brainer to come to this hotel. Try to book it at least 2 months in advance.

Once I had a bit noisy neighbours with little kids and they cried and coughed all night long, and that noise disrupted my sleep that night, but the next day they moved out, besides there’s nothing to complain about.

Everything was exceptional: my bed was comfortable enough, the room wasn’t small at all, I had enough space for everything I needed, breakfast was so tasty and they had every morning such a great choice of dishes and even pies and lemonades, my room was always clean, the balcony was really cozy in the evening with the sea view. At the end of my stay I received a small compliment from the hotel with tasty cookies from the kitchen, that warmed my heart even more.

It was not the same room that I booked online. The picture was different. I thought I’d have the room that was in the picture. There were no signs on that. And I also had hard time transferring to the hotel. The location is great, close to the beach and the main street but I had to walk mostly.

Rimini is not the nicest town but nothing to do with the hotel!

Lovely staff, nice comfortable rooms, ten minute metro away from the main train station and four minute walk to the beach/restaurants/shops, had the breakfast on some days and it was good. They were so helpful when I wanted to extend my stay.

We went for F1 race in Imola, location was nice, close to Rimini train station (tip: use Lime app for scooter/bike), room was clean, breakfast was great. Price/quality ratio was great!

I absolutely loved my stay at this cozy, old-school hotel! My room had a small private balcony that overlooked a quiet street — perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. A/C OK (xcept one night it did not work). No hot water at all, but you don't need it too much in a hot weather. My friend on the first floor had it available though. Paper walls - you can hear everything happening around but to be fair it was silent in the night. If you keep windows open during the night, the A/C does not work obviously and you should be prepared for some street noise. Lazy wifi signal. The layout is kinda weird - the washbasin next to balcony door in the room and the toilet with the shower in one space on the opposite site. The shower was 1 square meter large and without a hose (only the fixed pipe).

I chose this hotel to stay at because it had the best reviews among the nearby options if you do not want to go for luxury and if you just want some place to sleep at. I was not in Rimini primarily for sea but made this my base for travelling around the region and sightseeing. The vicinity of the sea is a big advantage though. You can reach the nearest beach in 5min. The sunbed is for 18EUR or you can just go for an independent swim&go without sunbed. Plenty of restaurants nearby and lots of bars and nightlife. I was in the 2nd floor. Daily room service and towel change. Breafkasts were italian average, fair choice of sweet pastry, nice breakfast lady. Equipment generally clean and simple. It is nothing special and you don't want to spend a lot of time in such a room, but for sleepovers, it is ok. And for a modest price. I got what I wanted for my money.

The breakfast could be more various, we spent there 5 days (4 nights) and got the same kind of food. In spite of this we all found what we liked but there could be different choices on every second morning. And one remark: the quality of food could be developed… first morning we found expired jam (it went wrong but after change it was good); we found hair in the scrumbled egg; and moldy glass dessert.

Nice and really kind staff! They were even able to provide us parking place although we arrived way too early. The location of the hotel is nearly perfect - the railway and the beach is really near, but the more „fancy” part of Rimini is at least ~ 1km far from it - you need to prepare yourself for a little footwork… :) All in all it was a good choice! :)
