The price-quality ratio is perfect :)as for Rome, it is very cheap and for a stopover for 2-3 nights is quite suitable. Didn't like the fact that on the first day there was no hot water, I immediately informed the host about it, he was on the phone the whole time, but the solution was not found immediately and in such a case there should be compensation, not a hint that the faucet should be turned to the left 🫣 provided there was a plumber in the bathroom when we checked in. Also didn't like the moment with the instructions for getting the keys, I was asked to pay the tourist fence for all days first and only then sent the information. This is not hospitable and unpleasant! Overall the room is ok but lacks coziness and updating the inventory

The property is good but they need to listen to their guest about their concern because we encounter that the receptionist we feel like we are not welcome.

The doors were hard to lock and unlock and frequently got stuck. The room was cold and felt almost wet. There was some mold. They couldn't organize a shuttle for me neither on the way to the hotel, nor on the way back.

There was always enough hot water for showers. The host was somewhat responsive.

The owners didn't speak english and they were hanging up our calls when we were trying to enter to the building, when they finally let us in and we went up to the room, we found out it was an apartment with 4 rooms and 2 shared bathrooms. You could literally hear everything from the other rooms and the bathrooms were not cleaned and one of them didn't have toilet paper. Also they have old furniture and the beds look like hospital beds and the sheets were dry and smelled really bad. They said we had breakfast included but we got nothing, not even a simple coffee. So don't waste your time and money.

ot was terrible experience. i didn’t feel safe because my door haven’t lockers. it was my first day in Rome and i arrived late night to the property, but when i get the internet connection i tried to reach them by phone number or message but they didn’t respond me on time. so at the 2 am at night i was looking for the adres but i went to the wrong place and i was stressed a lot. i was on the streets and i really scared. i thought i will stay at street. then finally they responded and gave me right directions so i finally entered to the property, i was thinking that i am alone at place but then i heard some voice from other room and i was panicked again, because there were no lockers in my room’s door so i couldn’t sleep all night because there were random weird voices so i kept thinking about someone can come to my room. shortly say, i wasn’t feel safe there. Also host asked me extra 20€ for late check in. this is no fare. also there were no breakfast. so i don’t recommend this place. very expensive for such poor quality. Also another reason i couldn’t sleep is at the 7 am morning door knocked and cleaning women came and woke me up. there were voices

I did not like the fact that the lock from my door to the room was broken and for a long time I could not open the doors both from the inside and outside. The door lock needs to be fixed. There was also a hair dryer that didn't work.

The address provided in the booking.com is different then the physical address. I have been putting in rdifferenr house and figuring the self online check in policy that applies by the hist. I was reach out ti the staff at the initial house address, no English speaking. I have to find wifi connection to reach out to hisr and i have been informed they have strict online check in policy. I have to wait the acceptance after I ecieve confirmation from booking.com. when i check in the staff asking me whether I am a good person to be trusted! I was travelled to 159 countries and stay at countless places received vouched from all my previous hosts and hotels. This is the first time in my life that my trust has been questioned . Which I found the facilities having issue with trust in the people who book their room l. I am sorry fir unpleasant experience they had with previous people. But to put a place in b&b or hospitality business us all about customer oreinratiin and put the rust in the customer at least for the benefit of doubt. Aalthough the host are very helpful and accimofarive, but they have very strict rules for check in and they fkatemates who stay in the house doesn't accomidarive ti help when i was stuck at to follow the instructions 9n the check in. However, Ii comply with the rules, Ihave tidy up the rooma and check out with good condition. Overall, i have a mix feeling on stay to this facilities. With all this issue i can inky give avarega rate.

This is that kind of accommodation where the apartment is divided into more rooms and therefore the toilet and bathroom are shared. If I only knew before I booked... I stayed there for 6 nights in a single room. Anyway, the toilet seat was missing, the second toilet barely flashed, and there was almost no soap left. The biggest issue was my room which was tiny, two by three meters, and the lock didn't work so on a couple of occasions I had uninvited visitors peeking. One of the electrical sockets was literally just hanging (why care about safety?) Also, the door had a window so the light from the hallway and kitchen shone right through. It was very noisy with people coming and leaving in the middle of the night so I didn't get much sleep. The cleanliness could be improved... On top of that, I had to pay additional 21 euro (never mentioned prior booking). The owner kept communicating over Whatsapp in Italian and we never met in person. I would not recommend this accommodation to a single traveler. Oh yes, and there is no wi-fi!

Though quite far from the city center, the apartment is just 7 minutes away from the Balduina train station and from there just another 7 minutes to San Pietro station which is close to Vatican city. There is a Carrefour supermarket just across the street. The kitchen is well equipped and the terrace is lovely.

1. We booked a room for 4 people but there was only room for 3. 2.Thay said that is free parking but the appartment doesn't have parking, you can park outside but it is always bussy, we had to park 10 minutes away. 3. They said they had 24 hours reception but they will just give you the instructions thru whatsapp when you say you are outside, if it is after 9pm they will charge you more for sending those same messages at night 🤣 4. Be aware that the final price from Booking (with taxes included) is not the final price, they charge us 28 more euros for taxes 5. Our room and the restroom had the bulbs damaged, fortunatelly the room had a lamp but so we had no light at the restroom... 6. Restroom key was not working, you couldnt lock it, and it is a shared restroom!!! The price was good but I will totally prefer to pay more for a non tricky place.

Unfortunately, the staff/owner were not very friendly. We followed all the instructions about where to leave the keys when checking out and put them back in the key safe as requested. Later, we received a call saying the keys were missing, even though we explained several times that we had returned them properly. Eventually, the cleaners or staff found the keys themselves — clearly someone had taken them out and misplaced them. Instead of apologizing, they tried to put the blame on us, which was very disappointing.

The location was really, really nice and very easy to reach. The bus stopped right in front of the door, and there was a supermarket just across the street. The room and house itself were okay – shared bathroom and kitchen, but everything was clean and in good condition, even if not new. The beds were a bit hard to sleep on, and the biggest downside was that there was no air conditioning in the heat.

Everything, it wasn’t anything like the photos, and it was disgusting. Dust everywhere, broken and dirty toilet, mold in the bathroom, moldy shower curtain, the shower head had no holder, kitchen was ok but the fridge/ freezer was dirty with rotten food, bed room had dirty sheets that smelled like sweat, the sheets had so many blood stains, the walls had stains on them, like ejection stains, dust on everything, finger prints on all black surfaces, and broken / burnt seats and coaches. Not only that the owner was horrible he refused to help us and then blamed us for his gross apartment. He told us that someone else was staying in the place and thats why it could have been dirty but that day in the morning he offered to let us have all 3 rooms so that excuse doesn’t make any sense, no one else was in the apartment before we arrived that day so it should have been cleaned fully when we got there, that was clearly not the case. He didn’t even provide the breakfast that was included because he said we left too early when we left at 10am at check out, he said the breakfast person came at 10:02, and it was our fault we left, mean while he told us he’d send us the breakfast info via text. DO NOT STAY HERE. I have way more photos if anyone wants to see.
