The location of the hotel/air bnd was easy to find. The room not so much. Our room was located on the first floor to the right. I thought the door we went through would lead us to our room. No, it did not. We walked through the door into a hallway with many other numbered door. Easy enough. But our room was not on that hallway. The door to our room was through someone’s office/storage area. It was very weird. When we walked out of our room the next morning there was a maintenance person im that storage room.

The room it self was good enough to stay in. It was extremely small. The bathroom was cute and clean. Location was good, a lot to see, eat and walk to.

The staff was very unresponsive, and there was no cellular access in the place, so reaching them wasn't the easiest. The doors are rather narrow... so if you plan to get in with luggage, it's a bit frustrating.

The tv connection wasn’t working (it seemed to have been pulled out from the wall) and because reception is remote and only during certain times we couldn’t get it sorted.

It would have been nice to be left some milk sachets, tea and kettle were provided but no milk. The room could be quite noisy at night as bars and restaurants on the street below the window but this wasn't too much of an issue. The breakfast was ok but maybe more choice would have been nice - there are only so many days you can eat a croissant, orange juice and coffee.

The location was excellent and the room was good and very comfortable with air conditioning. The cleaning service was second to none I have to say, this was done every day. The entry instructions were clear and easy to follow and breakfast was in a local cafe about 2 minute walk away which was good. Overall a decent base for exploring Rome on foot and with plenty of good local bars, cafes and restaurants and the Pantheon around the corner

But the cleaning it was terrible: they didn’t change us the sheet and towels for the three nights of our stay.

The location it was perfect, amazing. The bed it was comfortable the room it was good but old. They helped us with luggages which it was a big help to let them at the hotel because our departure it was late.

The street was a little bit noisy (waste collection every night) - but this was a little price to pay for the central location and cleanliness of the streets 😊

The location was perfect for exploring the city. The room was very comfortable, just the right size. Fresh towels and bedding were provided daily. Breakfast at a nearby cafe (typical Italian). The air-conditioner was very handy.

Had some trouble checking in but was sorted promptly.

Great location! So close to the pantheon and Trevi fountain, about half an hour walk to the Vatican. Bed was comfortable.

I’m not used to travelling (yet) where the only way to communicate with the front desk is via WhatsApp between fixed times only. They were very nice, just odd (maybe I’m still old school). The breakfast part of the B&B was very limited, but that’s a personal preference

Nice room. The same as in the photo. Check in online via WhatsApp. We had to tinker with the lock a little bit when checking in, but this is not a problem of the hotel, we just haven't used the lock and keys for a long time, since we have an electronic lock) The room is very clean and cozy. There is everything you need. Great location! Some attractions nearby. We liked and we recommend Baldassini Suites.
