Lebanon2 Reviews“unforgetable experience”I didn’t like that the ski room does not have a place to wash skies and boots before your dry them in the lockers. And I didn’t like the indoor parking because of how dusty it is.
The entire hotel team are professionals and supportive. Specially Katy, who handled our stay from A-Z making sure our vacation goes smoothly. Plus the Spa experience is really nice, and makes you sense and feel the calmness of the nature and its aroma of flavors and fragrance.

We stayed in appartment with sauna and it was one of the best appartments in which we stayed ever. Appartment has sauna, jakuzzi, large terrace with cosy beds and amazing view to the valley! The hotel is clean, highly proffesional and very kind staff, breakfast was very rich and colorful. The hotel fireplace room was very cosy with beautiful view to Livigno.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel a lot. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our car and they helped us by ordering new tire chains. They guided us in taking ski lessons and they provided a contact person in the hotel so that we could arrange the lessons. The breakfast was very delicious. We enjoyed the indoor pool, it was small but satisfactory. The lobby had a great view where we could enjoy coffee or drinks. We used the hotel's parking garage for free. The location was close to the center and ski centers, 5-10 minutes by car. There were also buses but we did not take them, they seemed crowded.

We had a wonderful stay at baita hotel. The staff are so nice. The breakfast is very good. Wonderful spa!!!! The spa room with the sauna was great after a ski day. The beds are super comfortable. Very close to Mottolino and San Rocco for skiing. Just perfect.

Great location, spacious parking garage! The barman was great and super service minded! Absolutely fantastic breakfast (when you find the breakfast room which is a bit oddly located in the building)

Serbia3 ReviewsPleasantWe coudn’t use playground for kids in hotel before 8p.m which is insane because kids are going to bed in that time! So, after skiing when they have to play they couldn’t! And the woman in reception was very rude, which is not allowed in any conversation. We are totaly dissapointed and we will never come back in that hotel just because working hours of playground and woman in front of the reception!!!

So our kids kept on asking to go and stuff didnt alow them. We are talking about small kids 5-6-7 years old which was shocking for all of us. For this reason i would never go back to this hotel as i personaly found it super rude for the amount of money we paid.
