The view was un believable. The room was really confortable and clean. The owner is really nice and the breakfast was included.

There was nothing I didnt like.

The view from the room was amazing. The host is very friendly and polite. It was worth it to have breakfast at the balcony with the Como lake view.

If you have a big car, is a bit tricky to drive to the property. Also has pay and display parking very close to the property. It was a bit noisy as it had a birthday party and the music was loud until midnight.

The breakfast was really outstanding. Since we arrived very late for check-in and the place is very high up the mountain we were happy to find the owner had also a restaurant.

The shared sanitary. I guess I didn't read well enough before booking. All in all we couldn't complain for the price paid.

The location is amazing. The vue just gets you all the way up... No polution or noise. Ok, we got there in a sunday evening, but still... The breakfast was very nice. A handful of items anyone could choose from.

One of the worst experiences ever! We did not get that the location is uphill, almost at the peak of the mountain. The road there (that the touristic agency gave us through a link on google maps) took us on a steep road filled with sharp rocks. It was frustrating that the mobile phone coverage was awful and we just didn't know whether we were on the right path to the location or not. And the road there was one of the steepest!!! Be aware: the map sais there is a ~30 minutes long walk from the funicular in brunate to this accomodation. It took us a long and frustrating 90 minutes walk there. Very, very steep!!!! The room we were accomodated in was pretty small (4 people in about 10 square metres). The worst thing is that there was only one socket to charge our mobile phones in. The furniture is old, actually everything about this facility is old. So is the keeper (administrator) of the facility. Very,very rude. I really think he was drunk when we got there. He was awful to me, frustrated that we only ordered 2 plates of food for the evening. He gave us some crutons "on th house" bat later he took it out from our table. Rude, very rude. In the evening, at about 10pm we met him in the facility, he had a cigarette between his lips and he was only wearing his underwear (OMG!!!). In the morning, at 7:15, I wanted to go out for a stroll but the exits were shut. I had to ask him nicelly to let me out of the "inn". He mumbled something that sounded like a curse... I just wouldn't go back there again. I wrote to the touristic agency that handles their online reservations and complained about the situation but they said they have nothing to do with this and that is my fault for everything.
