I felt that the top bunk in our room was dangerous. It needed a bumper, my daughter didn't want to sleep in the top bunk she didn't feel safe. That was the only thing, the room was nice and tidy, very clean.

The linen of the beds were a little crispy and not smooth

Good breakfast with hot dishes made in real time, excellent choice of cakes, fruits and juices. The area is very nice. Good they have a private parking as otherwise would be impossible to park in the area.

The breakfast was fresh but only continental and scrambled eggs. The location was ok a little to far away from the old town or marina but there was still plenty to do. Our room was very clean but snug and the air conditioning didn’t work, We did have a wonderful sea view though.

We liked everything.. breakfast and dinner was fantastic 😋 with alot of variety to choose from.. one staff member Valkiria was always smiling 😃 and very helpful not forgetting Michelle and Giusy very helpful, friendly and kind. They were always smiling and playing with my son 💙. The pool was always clean.. my son really enjoyed it. I really recommend this hotel. Looking forward to going back even next year.

Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would of been nice. If I had realised I would of taken my travel kettle, so really it was my error for not checking prior to leaving. We did ask but these facilities were not available.

We appreciate that most of the young staff working at the breakfast restaurant are super friendly. However, a few staff members could improve how they interact with guests. It's not about smiling all the time, but showing a pleasant vibe and answering questions clearly would really help. Hoping for a better breakfast experience when we come back.

Great location- beachfront and close to shops,a bank, and really good restaurants. The hotel was very clean, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

We liked everything, the hotel should let people know there is a separate charge for sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. It's a bit deceiving.

The proximity to the beach was ideal for us. We didn't use the pool as the children loved the beach. The room was lovely and clean, could've done with a couple of plastic cups in there as we like a glass of wine, when the children are asleep.

The hotel room was very nice, not very big, but not small. The air conditioning is centralized, but you can set the temperature as you like. It was working very well and the temperature was optimal, so you are not frizzing after coming from the outside, but as well, not high so you are feeling hot inside. Bathroom was very nice, nothing to complain there. The hotel is on the beach, and they have their own "private" beach with umbrellas and sunbeds. For two sunbeds and an umbrella, the price is €25 per day, which is reasonable.

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. I would gladly stay here again. Staff were so nice and accommodating, there was a really relaxed and good vibe feeling about this hotel. Breakfast was excellent, my sister had scrambled eggs made which she really enjoyed.

We spent 1 week there with our 2 dogs so the hotel is dog friendly! It was fantastic! The staff are so nice especially Marina, she is so helpful! The hotel is right at the beach! The food was good and enough! The room is nice and the whole hotel is clean! For me it was a 5 star holiday! T

The hotel is managed on a family basis and not on a specific system, so you will be treated on this basis. This means that you will meet friendly and kind people and you will meet bad people who have no experience in dealing with guests. This is what I went through specifically in my experience staying at this hotel. The ladies at the reception are very cooperative and respectful. As for the evening staff, which is a man in addition to the owner of the hotel, who is an obese person, he will treat you as if you are an employee of his and will shout at you rudely. I faced any problem. When I faced a problem with the air conditioning in the evening at approximately 11 pm, I found a man and explained the problem to him. He told me that there is no one and that you can stay outside. There is air. I told him that my mother is old and the weather is very hot for me to sleep without air conditioning. He told me that there is no one and that I can cancel your reservation and return the money to you. He was shaking and speaking nervously. I told him that I will speak to Booking customer service (customer service did not respond to me until after 5 days, claiming that it was due to work pressure). Anyway, it seems that the manager came and he was upset and went up with me to the room. The balcony door was not closed tightly. He opened it and closed it very forcefully and started yelling at me, he was probably cursing me in Italian and he left my room and closed the door very forcefully and this is the case if you want to visit the hotel and receive such treatment you should come 😌 Breakfast is bad .
