The location is awesome. It was quiet in the room, everything worked as expected, nice terrace in the back. Decent breakfast that you can take outside on the terrace with the view to the sea.

What a wonderful hotel. Located on the water our room overlooked the water for spectacular views. Breakfast was amazing each morning with a wide assortment of offerings. The hotel is centrally located in the Cinqueterra and made it easy to visit the surrounding towns. We loved the location and the fact that we did not have to climb stairs to get to our hotel. Cinqueterra is very hilly so this was a plus.

I only gave a fair rating because of our experience PRIOR TO ARRIVING at the property. The hotel experience once we arrived was great and we'd stay again.We booked a room that we thought had an seaview. But we got a confirmation of a room without seaview. We wanted to change to a Seaview as we were staying 5 nights. We were willing to pay the difference. Booking.com was very helpful and tried to make the change with the hotel but the hotel was completely uncooperative over the course of a week. Even though for a week it showed online that Seaview rooms were available, the hotel insisted there were none available. We ended up cancelling our booked room with no seaview (were were charged almost a full night fee for cancelling) and booking a Seaview. So we conclude the hotel wanted the cancelation fee. Even our first morning at breakfast, we met a couple who just walked in the night begore and got a Seaview room without prebooking. So clearly there were a number of rooms available when they insisted there were none. Even the booking.com.agent said this hotel is difficult to deal with. Gladly, the Seaview room had decreased in price when we did nook it so - including the cancellation fee - we were not out of pocket any more than the original booking. This should have been handled very differently. Note ....the hairdryer in the room is terrible. Bring your own.

The location of this hotel was excellent. Beachfront, lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and literally steps from the train station. Very convenient even with luggage. Breakfast was good, beachview room view was excellent. Would highly recommend it for these reasons.

Staff were excellent very welcoming and accommodating . Talk our bags and were able to give us an early check in Location ideal - right on the beach promenade. Breakfast was very good as well . Able to enjoy inside or outside on patio with gorgeous views !

Room is a bit too warm and the AC wasn't blowing strong enough air. The TV also shuts itself off every hour.

I can’t really think of anything that could have been better except maybe the noise outside between 10 PM and midnight from people partying.

The location was incredible! Beachfront! The breakfast was also excellent! Many choices, even gluten-free! There is also tables and chairs in front of the restaurant for hotel members only!
