I found the buffet night to be overpriced given how little we ate. I had only one glass of wine and my husband had water, yet the beverages alone came to 30 euros for two people. The buffet itself was very good, but it’s really worthwhile only if you’re a big eater or if you have an all-inclusive package—otherwise the value isn’t there.

Reservations for dinner are acceptable as a solution, but several times we had to wait 45 minutes between being shown to the table and taking the order. I think this is unacceptable for a four-star hotel. There were too many fish and seafood dishes, and there was no choice for chicken, pork and beef dishes.

The room was nice, clean, tidy and pleasantly large. The beach was beautiful and it was good to have a permanent sunbed during our stay. The park of the accommodation is cozy. The breakfast had a wide selection.

The only not nice situation was that on the second day the lifeguard move my things from the sun beds without telling me which was rude and also knew when to kick me off from the beach when my time came. Quite weird. Besides nice stay

The hotel is extremely elegant. Covered in astonishing garden. It is giving a felling of Capri but with less people and very chill area. Maybe in the cheapest room you will not have a balcony but it’s good enough to stay. Food is beyond delicious. Worth to spend very penny. Price included are sun beds and canoes 🛶 which the neighbor hotel did not do! So watch out.

There is not one thing I would change

The beach was magnificent. The grounds were impeccable. The rooms were spacious, modern, clean. The food was delicious. Most of all, the staff from restaurant, front desk, life guards, bar tenders and cleaning personnel were TOP NOTCH!!!!

We had a nice stay but left with a bitter taste. Booked for 5 nights, paid 400 Euro/night, we were prepared to enjoy the sun & sea. As soon we arrived, we found out that , allthough you pay a premium price, we have to stay only on the south beach. The rule says clients housed in the south part can go to the south beach and those housed in the north part can go to the north beach. So, in the first day we went on the south beach. Next day we explored the north beach to, and concluded: South beach is smaller, with pebbles, half of it is open to the public and has no grill / no hot meal. The north beach is bigger, sandy, more spacious and has a grill. So, a no brainer for us, preferred to the north beach. BUT no, that is not possible, because there are ”rules”. What? To our suprise, everyday the NORTH beach was half-empty. If you want to go to the north-beach, you cannot :)) Only if you go every morning and ask permission at the reception. Then, they call the beach attendants and ask if there are places. So yeah, we went anyway there everyday and were good clients - spent 750 euro , 2 persons, on food, drinks, etc - for lunch and dinner. So i guess they should be happy about that. We preferred to enjoy a hot lunch & drinks at the beach restaurant from the north beach, not to eat sandwiches at south beach. Around 3 pm, on both sides, because of the highcliffs, the shade comes over the beach and gradually, until 5pm you have a little sun at the side. So naturally, we went for the sun and moved on other sunbeds to enjoy the sun (also other clients - newsflash, we go to italy for the sun & sea, to enjoy a good meal. Also the reception has some unfriendly workers, theres a little one standing out, which complicates every request. Then there are some again very stupid habits - you need to reserve dinner at the hotel , only to go at the established hour to wait 15 min in line to be seated !? what is the point of the reservarion then ??

A must stay, Absolutely stunning place with breathtaking views. Staff are all so accommodating and friendly and happy to help whenever needed especially with our toddler they were always happy to help when needed. The family room was perfect size and great having the seperate living room as well as the large courtyard to sit outside of an afternoon. You must stay on a Thursday night to experience their puglian night, filled with lots of traditional foods, dancing and singing, a highlight of the stay

I got really badly bitten by mosquitoes and there seemed to be nothing that could be done about it as they were really tiny ones that came in through the aircon even with the windows shut so it was rather miserable being covered in bites and knowing each night I would wake up with more. There was also an evening where the little midges came into the restaurant and covered the table and went in my food - the staff were great moving me inside and getting more food but it wasn't pleasant.

The location is idyllic and everything about the hotel including the staff is exceptional.

The menu in the restaurant is utterly Italian and has no vegetarian option.

Excellent breakfast, nice room in villa surrounded by lush garden. Breath-taking views, beautiful pebble peach with sun-chairs and umbrellas, towels, toilets, shower, and restaurant. Very comfortable. I loved this place and regret that we did not book more nights there. Easily the most beautiful place I have been to in Italy. Also, the hotel staff speaks English, not just Italian which is a big bonus.

The main problem was that the air conditioning in our friends' room stopped working on the second night. According to the hotel staff, it had gone out in the entire building. As is often the case in Italy, they didn’t receive any clear information about how quickly the issue would be resolved. After three uncomfortable nights in the heat, they were finally given a new room. In our room, there was neither a balcony nor a patio, and it wasn’t clear where we were supposed to hang our things after the beach. At breakfast, there was a lack of greens, like herbs or salads.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time, this time with friends. Overall, we enjoyed it — the sea, the beach, and the location were absolutely excellent. However, there were a few minor issues regarding service and comfort.

We had an amazing time in this hotel! The views are purely incredible, the rooms were clean and modern, staff was friendly. My partner, who is a celiac, got an amazing selection of gluten free meal options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The waiters were very knowledgeable and eager to assist. Just an unforgettable place and we got engaged there :)

Lift to beach breaks down sometimes as it did when we stayed. No toilets on beach ( and over 100 steps back up!!) and very few around resort which seems wrong. Dinner was a disappointment, portions small and not the tastiest local food we have had.

Modern well designed room with lovely balcony. Beautiful grounds, stunning beach, breakfast excellent. Staff very helpful.
