Beautiful hotel , Italian style , extremely friendly staff! Beautiful view on the sea and the bay. Food was excellent ! Walking distance from Porto Santo Stefano . Special thanks to Mario , the maitre , he makes you feel very welcome!

Only the fact that there was quite a lot of noise from cars passing in front of the hotel, but our room had a marvellous sea view. I would definitely choose the view again.

Position, clean rooms, great staff, breakfast was very good (only thing missing was scrambled eggs but maybe they would have prepared if I had asked, they also prepare an amazing chocolate). Sea view was amazing!! Also many details where they gave attention, they offer umbrellas and towels for the beach, access through a passage under the Main Street, and last but not least a parking only for the guests!

I was without car, From hotel to city center you should to pass the tunnel,it had lights but i was walking always alone and it was little bit scary to me . which was very uncomfortable.

when we arrived we were informed the beach was closed for our stay to add sand to the beach. not a big problem although advance notification would have been nice.

room was lovely and clean with lots of storage and air conditioning was very good. breakfast is excellent with loads of choice. all the staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. dinner was very good in the hotel although the choice was limited. housekeeping excellent and room super clean throughout stay.

The road between the beach and the hotel was noisy. Plus the season had not started so there were no sun loungers or umbrellas.

Problem the first night with high winds, which caused the shutters to rattle continuously. Anywhere in Italy I recommend you take ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. All tiled floors, no carpets to absorb sound.

Lovely setting, very clean, excellent staff. For me , the walk into Porto Santo Stefano was enjoyable. If you decide to walk 15mins, make sure you take the coastal , old railway tunnel route. Definitely not the main road, it’s too dangerous, no pavement and very narrow. Bus stops very close to the hotel.

The hotel is right on the road and is therefore noisy.

The staff were delightful and really helpful - especially Katherine and Maria on reception. The hotel was clean and close to the beach (via a tunnel under the road).

On a Monday, the restaurant was closed for dinner. Since there were no restaurants open nearby ( still being the off-season period in May), it was difficult to find dinner without walking far/to the town.

Room was spacious and cleaned every day. The breakfast spread was varied and impressive

Hard bed. Noise from road, but the noise dies down at night. Wifi was fair, not great.
