Trash has to be dropped off 2 km from apartment. No loungers by the pool.

The only thing that could come to mind is the location. It's quite far to Como (around 50 min) and there are not much things around except some hotels, 1 bar and a few restaurants. It didn't bother us as we could use the car to travel, but definitely it could be problematic if you expect to only use public transportation.

The property was exactly as described and as seen on the pictures. The flat is comfortable with everything you need. The view on the lake is great for relaxing and enjoying your time. I really appreciated that the staff prepared the baby's cod on my request, as well as not having any fee to pay for coming with our dog.

The furniture were a bit old, the Air-conditioning was not working properly, plus there was lake of pest control, you can easily notice spiders and bees! the windows were without Mosquito Mesh!

The appartment has no air-conditioning and the fans were not good enough for the warm summer-weather. The appartment was thus very hot, also during the nighttime.

The view by the Como-lake is absolutely fantastic. The appartment is large enough and it was easy with children. The neighborhood is beautiful and there is a nice restaurant by the Lake. With car it was easy and handy to visit many places from the appartment.

We liked everything, but one big minus was that the person responsible for the check-in was incompetent, unable to use Google Maps to show us the exact location of the apartments, it took us more than an hour and a half to find the right address, and this with 2 small children, and this at a time when we were already supposed to check in.

Beautiful property, had literally everything, fantastic location, great views and lovely management. Over all very happy with everything and would definitely recommend and be booking this property again.

Staying at this aparthotel can be described in one word - a disaster! Our vacation at Lake Como was completely ruined. When we arrived at the apartment, it turned out that the heating was not turned on, and after 1 hour we found out that it did not work at all, which I immediately informed the owner. Until 24-00 the owner convinced me that the heating would soon work, and "tried" to help me with instructions, in fact the heating did NOT work, and the owner could not come allegedly because of bad weather. It was 15 degrees in the apartment, which is very cold at november, as a result, my child and I got sick. At night we were forced to go to sleep in the car. I gave the owner an ultimatum, if the heating is not repaired by 12 am, we will demand a refund and leave. After 11 o'clock a woman visited us, poked the thermostat, couldn't do anything, and left We waited a couple more hours, and went to another hotel and another city, since no one was repairing anything, no work was being done. so we didn't really see Lake Como. The owner promised to return the money in correspondence, but when we left the apartment, he noted on the booking that we did not arrive at the accommodation facility, and they did not return the money for our stay with a fine. In fact, they simply deceived us. Proof attached.

It was difficult to find the property at night time when we arrived. The directions to the property given need reviewing as they led us up the hillside behind the property.

The view from the lounge, terrace and main bedroom was incredible. The property was spacious, clean and well equipped.

No air conditioning (despite stating there was - only fans), no internet for the first 3 days of the stay, upstairs shower was broken and unusable (despite being told it would be fixed), pool was closed (advertised as usable), low quality furniture, hostess was extremely slow to respond and did not resolve issues.

The view was amazing, overall the aesthetic was nice, plenty of parking.

There were quite a lot of issues with this apartment. We had initially booked and paid for a luxury apartment with a pool but there was issues with the boiler so we was offered with this alternative apartment which was not luxury what so ever. The hygiene was quite poor, everything was quite dusty and as I am allergic to dust this caused some issues for me. One of us had got a rash on their arm from the bed sheets which were stained and there was also a smell from the pillows provided and the spare pillows. It was quite unsanitary, we came across a few bugs and we were all quite itchy. There was also a staircase we had to use to enter the apartment and for x2 of the stairs there was no bolt holding this in place from one side which was quite dangerous and any of us could of fell through this. This place was not up to standard and no where near what we had booked, I was very disappointed in my stay and would like a full refund. This was not the place we had booked and we was told at short notice that we cannot get the apartment we had originally booked and at this point we was ready to start our travels and was difficult to find an alternative.
