Everything was just perfect - thank you a lot!

The B&B is owner-led by Giuliana and Rossano - they care deeply about the wellbeing of their guests! When we arrived they checked in with us personally, giving us useful information about the stay and gave us a room tour. They have impeccable attention to details, e.g. when it comes to the interior of the rooms (very big and luxurious!) or the arrangement of the breakfast, which was superb. I cannot praise them enough for their gorgeous B&B in an old monastery. It was a 5-star ***** experience and we will happily come back one day.

Everything was spectacular about this place! The hosts, the room, breakfast, the small details. We stayed 2 nights, but we regret not taking more time at this amazing place. Very well situated in a lovely small town with lots of good restaurants! The sea is close by, but I would recommend dining in the small town. We felt welcome every bit of the stay and I hope to be back soon.

Actually, I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

I love the way the historical building is transformed into a hotel. The integration of the strikingly modern interior with the original architecture is a work of art. The owners are adorable and extremely helpful. The suites are cleaned every day. The breakfast was delicious and the garden in which you can take it is heaven. It’s a place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Italy. ❤️

This is my second stay so I will add what I wrote in my last review as well : I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful B&B. From the moment we arrived, the experience was simply unforgettable. The owners are incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive – you can really feel the love and care they put into every single detail of the place. The entire building as well as the room and garden are absolutely stunning, with so much charm and character. It’s the kind of place you instantly relax in - peaceful, beautifully designed, and surrounded by nature. The breakfast and the aperi-cena were next-level amazing. Everything was homemade and locally sourced. All the small touches - coffee machine 24 hour, digestives, mini bar refill, bottle of wine in the room, and a welcome drink really make the difference and I wish more places would take note. Honestly, it was one of those rare stays where everything exceeded expectations. If you're looking for a peaceful, authentic, and heartwarming experience, this is it. Couldnt wait to return so I booked an extra day : )

Nothing we liked it a lot.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners have an incredible eye for detail (everything in the rooms was carefully thought out and done with care). It made the whole place feel very welcoming and well put together. We also really liked the dinner option, and the breakfast was varied and homemade. The rooms were spacious, and the one with the sauna was a real highlight. Everything was very clean too.

Wonderful hosts who make you feel welcome immediately starting from reception in the garden to breakfast next morning with specialties from the region. The place is a real gem, an ancient building has been converted into a simple but very comfortable place to stay.

Great place to stay about 300m from main street where you can find many restaurants. The place is super clean well decorated with comfortable bed. Air con working well. Hosts are fantastic happy to fulfill your requests. A place I highly recommend.

What a beautiful renovated place this is. Lovely rooms decorated with attention and style. Very special with a large garden filled with wine vines. Every morning the home made breakfast was served in the garden by Giuliana and her husband. They go out of their way to organize everything you need. So very kind and helpful.

Absolutely amazing place! If you traveling with a car, that would be a perfect stop Hosts are amazing, breakfast... well, we've been offered not only like 10 different courses but some sparkling wine, that's how good it was

Occasionally the next door church bells ring and can be heard in the room during the day, which woke us on Sunday morning but was also part of an authentic experience in a former convent and didn't bother us too much. In our room there was one small window very high up on the wall that didn't have a blind or curtain and would let a bit of light through in the morning from around 08.00 during our stay not a problem most mornings but did make sure we were up on time! A blind or shutter over this window would have made our stay perfect

Beautiful building with very modern renovation to a high standard. The hosts were lovely and really went out of their way to help make us feel welcome and make sure we had everything we needed. Free Hot and cold drinks and snacks were available 24 hours a day and a real bonus. The home cooked breakfast was by far the best we had during our entire trip through Italy. A short drive from the coast and lovely areas and cities of tuscany and the building and hosts were a truly unique and wonderful experience.

the design of the open plan sink and shower was a bit unusual and not ideal due to lack of privacy inside the room..( for those who are a bit shy )

Oh my goodness!! What a precious place to stay in, and we were only there one night. The owners have restored this space beautifully and carefully. The owners are personal and lovely. The accommodation is comfortable with delightful extras. This is an amazing place to stay. It's a great base point to see the area. Choose this place!!!
