Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaA long hike into the center where we could find restaurants and see the old historic spaces. We used Lecce as a base and getting in and out of town was very easy. Anna Maria gave us great travel tips!

SloveniaWe stayed with the charming landlady in a room with a bathroom. The room and bathroom are brand new, great bed to sleep in, everything was spotlessly clean, free parking spaces were in front of the block. The breakfast was good and varied. The owner confided in us that in Italy they don't drink cappuccino, but expresso, and that one day to see Lecco is significantly insufficient. And she was absolutely right. The apartment is not in the city center, you can drive to the center by car or probably take the bus.

GreeceAnna Maria is a lady focused on her guests and her property. Everything comfortable, clean, above all the location is 2km away from Lecce center so it calm and peaceful and of course... free car parking! Right down the apartment(in Italy you have to pay in every step of your way in case you re on a roadtrip and need to park) - or else there s a bus station right next to the property. Great choice.

IrelandThe place is extremely clean, very confortable, spacious and well maintained. Thee is a small lift in the building, very handy to bring up the luggage though the b&b is on the first floor. Ana Maria the host, will make you feel like at home. Breakfast is fantastic she will give you lots of options! You can not leave the place without tasting her freshly baked goods. There is plenty of free parking outside the property and if you didn’t hire a car, Ana Maria will explain you how and where to take the public bus to town and anything you you need
