The breakfast was very boring. Dry, hard bread every day, very few options to choose. I would expect much more from a 4 star hotel. I booked a room with sea view which was a mistake. The sea is quite far but to be fair it is visible. Also the road next to the hotel (in between the sea and the hotel) was very loud at night because of the parties outside. In our room there was a piece of furniture (the container of the shades at the window) was poorly fixed, and it resonated with bass of the music outside causing a very loud noise. Like someone was drilling at the wall constantly at night. When I noted this issue at the reception they told me it is because of the music outside and cant really they cant really fix it (so I had to do something about it). I had a feeling the gentleman at the reception at night did not understand the issue. Later when we checked out they sent up someone to fix it.

Location is great, very close to the beach. It is also very easy to access to hotel from outside of the city. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. The staff was helpful with our requests, they even helped us book a dinner reservation when I could not reach the restaurant.

I found the front desk staff to be unfriendly. They did not tell you about anything unless you asked (no explanations of amenities or what you could do). They did not great you pleasantly. When I checked in I was told a had a $8,900 balance for 3 days. When I showed the front desk person my receipt for payment she corrected herself and said she was bad at math. Not the right person to have on the front desk. The breakfast was ok - they did have eggs (but a little overcooked). The kitchen staff was friendly. I never saw an aperitif even though it was listed on the room key card they gave me. For as much money as it costs per night, I would expect better service.

The hotel is very nice and tidy. Beach is very close. In a couple minutes walk there is many good restaurants.

One day before the checkout we asked the staff for breakfast boxes because we had to leave very early. Unfortunately nobody prepared any breakfast boxes although they told they would do it. So we had to catch some snacks from kitchen in a hurry. Moreover, duty manager who checked us out, mixed our room number up with another one and made us pay some extras (as he said - hotel tax), as we’re in a hurry so we paid this. Fortunately, after the mail conversation with the hotel stuff, we could refund it

Nice breakfast. Very close to the beach. 10 minutes by bus to city center. The room was nice but rather tiny and without balcony

Parking was about 1/2 mile away. You have to pay to visit the beach, and the AC wasn't working. The room was too hot to get a good night's sleep, and the young man on duty in the evening looked for a fan but didn't find one.

I don't like to take my breakfast with the TV. Starting the day listening to B.S. is not my thing. Plus, it degrades the hotel to the level of a truckers hotel. But the staff was very nice and turned down the volume.

Not convenient location for solo traveller. Room needed sound proofing. Could hear music until early hours and all of the comings and going’s at reception.

The breakfast was good, but not for a long week stay - would appreciate more creativity of choices and I was missing more fresh fruits, vegetables instead of many kinds of sweet pastries. The location of the hotel was kind of disappointment for us (run-down area in Rivabella). There was very few good places to eat, not so much to do etc. Would recommend to rent a car, because bus transport in Rimini was horrible experience. Next, we were not satisfied with the beach, especially the high hotel prices for renting sunbeds on their „private beach.“ We choose a beachfront hotel on purpose and I was expecting some discounts for a one week staying&being the hotel customer - should be for free, included in price, moreover if the hotel has 4 stars.

The hotel was nice - few rooms, good atmosphere. We really liked the modern new-renovated rooms. The housekeeping was always perfect (everyday). The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room smelled like dog pee or something was rotting under the bed (like molding food). it was nauseating and stuffy, they offered to clean but i had just gotten out of the shower and then the cleaner left. No option to change rooms without paying. Location is not the prime area either, not many good restaurants within close walking distance. Has a kids amusement park right across
