The area surrounding the hotel is not very exciting, besides the beach across the street which is lovely. Takes about an hour to walk to the city center and uber is around 22-25 euros. Recommend booking the free shuttle in reception if you can. Hotel resturant is okay, not my favorite, the menu could use some more variety.

Staff was very nice and helpful, the property and rooms are very clean and comfortable. Nice and relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast buffet was pretty good.

There is no such thing.

The hotel has far exceeded our expectations. In fact, it even “ruined” our sightseeing plans because we preferred to spend our time by the pool :-) Everything here is exceptional, including the staff. Especially Alessandro – not only is he highly professional, but he is also always ready to help. Alessandro, best regards – Anna and Luiza from room 509. I could hear water running and people talking in rooms around me, soundproofing could be improved. The door from the balcony to the shower and the glass between the shower and the room let the light in during the night - you can't sleep in a completely dark room. The breakfast was rather average. The eggs were dry, the veggies next to it were just defrosted. Not a lot of options for vegetarians

Other than the nearby beach, the area itself has little to offer and is a bit remote without a car. There is some construction, so I believe that this may change in the future.

This hotel was a good place to start my vacation. There is drink service at the pool, and the nearby tables could be used for lunch and dinner. The food was nice. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the city that can be booked in advance. However, there is also a city bus stop in front of the hotel which can take you to the city after shuttle service ends. Unfortunately, I was not at the property long enough to explore the nearby beach, Lido San Francesco. The staff was nice and some quite excellent. There was an unexpected balcony I was unaware of when I booked. Bonus!

Would have liked a more diverse breakfast, but they had amazing sweets everyday and the food was pretty good also. Surrounding area is not the prettiest but this is something they obviously can’t change. Would help if there was a bigger sign pointing to the entrance of the hotel, we were a bit confused at first.

Hotel is very nice and clean, staff are very helpful and respectful. The free shuttle service was a great feature as the city center is not the closest to the hotel. The pool area is also amazing, never had a problem with finding where to stay, plenty of room and pool itself was very clean.

Paying for a sea view room but no view as it is obscured by building works. This is misrepresentation and should not be allowed to happen as you are charging a premium for nothing. Also note that as a single traveller I was given the worst room on the floor for any view as well. The breakfast was inedible ie the scrambled egg and bacon.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus to and from the centre is a great service and is a nice touch.
