We could not get the door open! it took ages for us to figure it out. the handle was so slippy which was a bit gross. The Bathroom was quite dated and a little bit dirty.

Location was great, almost directly central. Was able to check in at 1pm which was brilliant. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy! The entrance hall was also very beautiful.

We received a link to check in to the property, however the link did not work, so we were stuck outside the property trying to get in contact with the owner.

Great room in the heart of Verona! The property is a short walk from the centre, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We only stayed for one night, but was a great stay!

I did not get a code to enter the building or any info from where to find the key. Called the number but no one picked up. Got a number from other tourists and some woman gave a code but wrong room. In the end I finally got info where to get the key and codes. Was some problem with the door. I would had recommen this place IF i would had got the info befor check in and correct number on booking.

The bathroom needs some renovation. Also, there is a noisy ventilator in there and it is working simultaneously with the light. If one is asleep, and the other one uses the bathroom, you have all the chances that the other one will wake up.

The shower head is leaking in two places.

Good location near the centre and near the train and bus station. The room is clean and comfortable. There is an online check in and lock system which means that you unlock the door to your room with your phone if it's connected to the Internet. The host and the owner are very kind. They offer wifi, TV, Netflix and storing your luggage. Price is reasonable and fair.

The value of the premise is a bit more than it should be, not sure where it comes from. The showers had surprisingly colder water than you would expect, without it getting warmer over time. If you don’t have the internet access, you cannot use the key into the building/apartment.

The property had great location, and easy access with the online check in and the keyless locks into the premises and the room itself. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, as listed in the post.

It was almost impossible to reach the hosts or any employee for that matter which was very stressful. The room was cold and we could not do anything about it since the AC unit was in fact in the hallway and not in the room like advertised. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best, but definitely not hot enough for a comfortable shower.

Great location and gorgeous building. The mobile phone automated access works perfectly and made our lives easier. The room was overall nice and calm.

Pull down bed. Easy for me to set up, but not so sure for smaller adults or if you have not seen one like this before. Need to make a phone call to gain access.

Our patio door would not lock so we’d have to put the shutters down to ensure security. It was quite hard to use the electronic keys on our phone which was frustrating at times. The shower was disappointing, needed some decorating! The shower did not point into the shower but at the door so was difficult to have a comfortable shower. Everything else was ok, got what we paid for I suppose!

Good location, comfortable bed and main room was clean with a nice sitting area in the room.

The security system took a few goes after a long flight but was fine after that. Make sure you register with vikey before hand and have mobile data access. On booking there was a confusing (and unnecessary) automated message which mentioned money to be collected later, with no reply when queried.

Great location, only 10 mins from the Arena. The room was basic but comfortable. We had a small balcony which was nice. Late arrival wasn't a problem with the automated access. The lady who cleans the rooms was very friendly. Classic Italian staircase and small clunky lift. It reminded us of Ripley but no cat ;-).

The check-in was a real problem, we don't have internet reception since we are traveling from another country but everything was online and the link to the app did not work.

When I checked the reviews, I saw the people wrote that the manager is very pleasant, etc... Indeed it is a smarthome ( no staff, no reception, no human contact) and nowhere in your page it was mentioned.. so, we had to call by the number mentioned in the website and find out how to enter the buiding... the woman explained everything and we managed to enter. But all this is digital. If you don't have an internet, you can't do this all operations, cause the key is digital, VIRTUAL! you can do it only with a mobile phone... First you open the builind door, then the door to your apt, and then the door to your room. The bathroom waa not well arranged. The toilet water was very noisy and the door was not open properly. The mirror was covered by TV... everything was there but they were inconviniently misplaced.! There is no breakfast there. But the name B&B is confusing.

The location is very food! We came to Verona for Opera festival and we just walked to Arena ane came back. The beds were good.

Shower wasn’t the best, and the door to the balcony was broken so couldn’t be locked.

The keyless entry was very useful, being able to open all the doors from your phone. The lift was helpful being on the second floor. For me and my partner the bed was so comfy, laid down at 6 to watch a film before dinner and fell asleep till 9. Was nice large room inside the apartment.

Cracked window and security system was a little complicated.

Room size, location. Was great for a long weekend when you weren't planning on staying in the room and out each day. Easy to text owner with a quick reply.

It was a nice room, but not as nice as the pictures show it. Beware of the thin walls. Check-in process was unnecessarily complicated.

The location was great and not bad for a night stay. Recommend for passersby. Guest replied fairly quickly to our calls when we could not get into the room.
