Lorenzo is extremely nice, cooperative and helpful. He went out of the way to drag out luggage to rialto bridge ferry during rain on check out day. Room is spacious, location is best, AC units work if you close all windows and blinds. This is 100 yo property so their is no insulation. Keep your expectations in check.

We liked everything about this hotel.

The hotel room is very clean. Beds are super comfortable. Lorenzo, the manager, was amazing. He helped us with directions and anything we needed. He told us some history of the building. He is a very kind gentleman. The location was a 10 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. We also met the owner, a true Venetian who was very nice and accommodating.

The AC units didn't get the room cold enough so we would always wake up feeling very hot during the night.

Great location, brilliant communication and great recommendations for restaurants and sites to see also helped us with booking airport boat taxi. Would highly recommend staying here

It was very hot and the cold-water A/C system could not adequately lower the bedroom temperature. (as it is an historic building, an outside condenser type A/C is prohibited.)

The B&B’s owner and staff were very courteous and helpful- excellent service. The breakfasts were very well prepared and served at our time preferences. The rooms were comfortable and the common spaces were comfortable as well. The location was convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay. This small boutique hotel is in a 17th century building, and has a lot of character, and a fantastic central location with restaurants, shops and sights within a short walk. It overlooks a canal on one side and a central square on the other. The manager was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with - and provided some excellent restaurant recommendations. The three rooms open to a shared common area where breakfast is also served. A fantastic place from which to explore Venice!

Fantastic hosts, perfect location, great breakfast. Room/bathroom was spotlessly clean, we had everything we needed for an amazing stay. The host very generously provided loads of tips for places to eat/see etc. We'd happily come back (and hope to as soon as possible).

The canal view from the room made it feel special. It was lovely to get information about the building from Lorenzo on our arrival as well as recommendations. We loved having breakfast in the ‘living room’ overlooking the canal.

The location is perfect - very close to historical places, lots of shops and restaurants. Our suite was very large, clean and comfortable. Lorenzo took care of us the whole time - from the beginning to the end. When I come to Venice again, I already know where I will stay. This will definitely be my favorite place in Venice!
