This property is in a great location only minutes away from Piazza Navona and Pantheon with a lively night life. The host was nice and the room was decently clean. There is a mini fridge with adjustable temperature. The bed is comfortable and extra pillows are provided in the wardrobe.

Whilst the location is great for its access to local hotspots, this also comes with a lot of noise during the evening as there is a bar opposite. If you are a light sleeper or like to rise early this may not be the place for you, it was very noisy until the early hours (3-4) during my stay. Cleanliness is acceptable though could be improved. For context, I was in room 1, this is the largest room. I noticed that the toilet cover is slightly broken and needs repairing, whilst the shower floor is slightly yellow in some small places. Furthermore, the locks are a bit tentative, sometimes you have to try more than once to unlock the doors.

Amazing location - right in the heart of things! If you are a light sleeper and don’t want to use earplugs before 2am, don’t book this place - don’t do it boo boo. It’s on a lovely street with young Italians (not tourists!) enjoying their city playing music out of bars and drinking and singing on the streets. Live a little and go join them! Perfect location for seeing Rome and feels alive. The room had everything we needed (eg shutters on windows, hairdryer, fridge, mini toiletries) and was well cleaned and beautiful high ceilings.

The beds were a little firm for my liking but personal preference!

The smell and discomfort of the cafes located around the hotel, and also there is no public transportation close to the site

Really friendly front of house staff, comfortable rooms, great location. I think you’ll struggle to find somewhere better value in Rome.

Excellent staff-very accommodating, welcoming and available. It was VERY noisy at night due to the bars next door which made it hard to get to sleep before 2AM. Could use a little TLC in the bathroom, but it was a great place for the price

My room’s window(s) were facing inner walls, very depressing, no daylight. There was also unpleasant smell coming from the toilet / pipes.

The location is worthy the price of this facility. 5 mins or less from Navona square.

The room was very old and very dirty. The walls were very thin and you could hear everything. The receptionist/manager was helpful but at the same time very pressing, as she/he didn't trust I would have paid my tax fees. They do not have a luggage deposit, I had to leave my luggage in the middle of the reception, without any sort of supervision if not simple camera easily unplugged. Make your own decision about it, but I would not recommend it.
