A perfect stay for five days in Orvieto. Truly comfortable . Agree with all past reviews! Our hosts went out of their way to give us lifts to and from the station . The funicular is not working at the moment. We found the PAM mercato the best place for groceries. The Dolceamaro the best coffee and cake variety. So so reasonably priced and friendly. The restaurant on the corner of the apartment wonderful for our last night dinner. Cocktails in the prettiest setting the Gocce near Duomo . The Carta Unica best value for at least a 3day stay to experience all the "sights" in Orvieto. And added bonus was coming back to Ripa Medici each day!! Grazie Milke

Not unique to this property but most properties in Italy isn't very sound proof.

It's just lovely, very authentic and with a lovely view plus a very welcoming host. It's a shame we only booked one night, wish I would have stayed two nights in this place exploring Orvieto and the surrounds a bit more.

Great location and Sabrina was an excellent host - great communication and really helpful. The property was bright and clean with an amazing view and in a really central location in Orvieto. Parking was a short walk away, but made easy with Sabrina’s instructions and help and a great bonus where parking is at a premium!

Nothing could have been better!

The location is outstanding from the views over the Umbrian countryside to the short walk to Orvieto's many attractions and amazing restaurants. The villa is beautifully and artfully furnished, spotlessly clean and very comfortable indeed; the gracious welcome just adds to what was an exceptional stay and it was so difficult to leave.

A stunning, cozy, and spotlessly clean apartment with a beautiful view in the old town. The wonderful and friendly host, Sabrina, welcomed us warmly, provided great recommendations about the city’s attractions, and even helped us choose a place for dinner, making a reservation for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Orvieto is a charming city, and we will definitely recommend this apartment to our friends

Great personal and warm welcome by Sabrina (the owner) herself. She took the time to explain where to go and what you see, eat or do. Also she presented us with a welcome basket. The room was very clean and had a small fridge, hairdryer, Coffee machine and a kettle to make tea. After checking out she let us store our luggage in her garage for another 3 hours until our bus left. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

The hours of the free parking made it difficult (for us). So we just paid for parking in the huge garage directly down the hill (with escalator) from the apartment. Thus we didn't need to negotiate the upper town streets.

Well fitted, large apartment above the walls of the old town. Great bargain for the price. Would have been optimal for a 2-3 night stay, but we sadly were there for only one night.
