Very comfortable bed. Although central very quiet at night

We arrived late at night and at the time of booking didn’t realise there wouldn’t be any trains, so we caught a taxi from Ciampino airport to Frascati. Taxis only accept cash, and cost €60. The taxi could not take us to the door of the apartment because of a zone restriction so we had to walk, it was a little tricky to find the place. Partly my fault because the owner did send the address in a message but it was different to the one on the advert and I didn’t spot this until we had been searching for about 30 minutes. In any case, right from arriving in Frascati we could tell what a lovely place it was. Locals that were out were helpful in finding the address. It was in a quiet street and although above a restaurant, I never had any issues with noise. The room was comfortable and very clean. We didn’t spend much time in the accommodation, as we were mainly going to Rome in the morning and enjoyed Frascati restaurants in the evening. A couple of areas for improvement the WiFi did not work at all but I had plenty of data, so managed. The shower hose needs replacing and the placement of the shower head would be better on the left side, so you can make the most of the space. Also a small rack to hold shower gel, shampoo etc in the shower would be a great addition. Apart from that we slept amazingly well, the room got cleaned everyday and the location was a close to the train station, approx 10 stroll. Trains into Rome were regular and from Rome are hourly and only €2 each way. Frascati was a bonus surprise we did not expect!

WiFi didn’t work, shower could be improved. Mentioned above.

simple cute room, comfortable bed

we loved the cosiness of the room, the bed was very comfortable shower had a filtered showerhead which gave me piece of mind as i have really sensitive skin staff were so friendly and welcoming and was patient with our poor italian they came to the room every day to check if we need anything like towels,toilet paper,room clean

will keep it short as the staff were so lovely the water switched off on our first night from about 8pm -4:30am so it was impossible to use shower or toilet flush the hairdryer in the bathroom works for 30 seconds and stops for 5 mins each time even though it’s in a quiet area it gets quite busy and loud outside early in the morning .

location is very good, it is calm and quite although it is a city center. Appreciated coffee machine with capsules and little snacks although i did not have time for coffee time.

smell was coming out from dranaige system, so you need to open the window frequintly and as my stay was in the beginning of february it was a bit cold to open the window, air con was not working.

Location was good close to eveything

No hot water, no heating, when we were there so we couldn't shower.. It was a very small room and it had no wardrobe space to hang clothes just a small rack. Breakfast was egg & bacon or croissant very basic. Description is an apartment but its just a room..

All was fine

I would have preferred to get earlier the access info as access to the internet is not always possible while on travel abroad.

Location

Rooms could be better sound proofed, the electric lock and door slams in the corridor - maybe could be modified to make less noise.

The place is centrally located with proximity to must see features of frascati centre. It is surrounded by restaurants so wider choices

The bathroom and sleeping area were relatively smaller

1, no toilet after checkout. 2, where I live is long away from the meal address.

Lighting, breakfast

I liked the amenities, the proximity of the center, size of the room is quite enough for 2 people. Bed was comfortable, slightly too soft for my taste. The bathroom was fine and equipped. Quiet neighborhood and good for visiting Frascati, given that it is in the center and close to restaurants, viewing points, bars and places to visit.

I would prefer if the unit was cleaned better. The bathroom shower was not really clean as I'd prefer, same as the floor where I found some hair (in the bed as well, unfortunately).

Staff were very pleasant

The place is not worth the price charged, pictures on booking.commare not a true reflection of the place, dingy, dirty walls, very small closed in and claustrophobic room, dark curtains and outdated bed sheets, bathroom is falling apart, walls are not sound proof you can literally hear every movement and sound outside and in the next room even private things going on two rooms down you can hear almost everything. There was a renovations going on in the building and the place was very dusty and unpleasant to the eye. Breakfast at least includes warm scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages but it was the same everyday. The only solace about this place is the pleasant staff members and the fact that it’s in a central location of Frascati. Don’t be fooled by the high reviews and fake beautiful pictures online.
