will keep it short as the staff were so lovely the water switched off on our first night from about 8pm -4:30am so it was impossible to use shower or toilet flush the hairdryer in the bathroom works for 30 seconds and stops for 5 mins each time even though it’s in a quiet area it gets quite busy and loud outside early in the morning .

we loved the cosiness of the room, the bed was very comfortable shower had a filtered showerhead which gave me piece of mind as i have really sensitive skin staff were so friendly and welcoming and was patient with our poor italian they came to the room every day to check if we need anything like towels,toilet paper,room clean

smell was coming out from dranaige system, so you need to open the window frequintly and as my stay was in the beginning of february it was a bit cold to open the window, air con was not working.

location is very good, it is calm and quite although it is a city center. Appreciated coffee machine with capsules and little snacks although i did not have time for coffee time.

I would prefer if the unit was cleaned better. The bathroom shower was not really clean as I'd prefer, same as the floor where I found some hair (in the bed as well, unfortunately).

I liked the amenities, the proximity of the center, size of the room is quite enough for 2 people. Bed was comfortable, slightly too soft for my taste. The bathroom was fine and equipped. Quiet neighborhood and good for visiting Frascati, given that it is in the center and close to restaurants, viewing points, bars and places to visit.

I only did not understand why did they change the residency place, the adresse indicated in the booking is different than the one they gave me. I had to walk everymorning 5 min to get the breakfast.

The staff were very nice and communicative, the place was very clean and the internet was good.

Rooms had too much air freshener when we arrived. It was overpowering and we needed to air the room out. Beds were really hard. One of our rooms had a horrible sewer smell when we came back from dinner and the entire hallway smelled.

Loved the breakfast and city view from the windows. Location was great at both places. Liked having codes for entry. Staff was always very kind and helpful!

The room was quite cold. I would prefer heaters to be in the room for more warmth. I am from Africa, so the weather was quite intense for me.

I loved the location; it was accessible and I could easily navigate to my destination. I loved the staff, they were receptive, accomodative, approachable and ready to help 100%. The breakfast was epic.

A few things broken , still working but simple to fix like unit to flush toilet, light switches etc. The door with the code in the corridor is noisy but depends on how reasonable other clientele are. Shower unit is old but functional.

Price and location. Staff very helpful. Good value for the price. Breakfast is good, again needs to be put in perspective of price. I paid 75 euro the night when others hotels wanted 200.

Messaging was a tiny bit slow at times when I had questions. Check in was confusing- just in terms of how to get a hold of staff. But once I got in contact, they were fast to get me a room. Hard to find the hotel initially though, signage was small and hard to locate. Better instructions in the book app/messaging from the hotel about how to locate the hotel/rooms would have been appreciated.

Great location, in the city center. It was very clean and modern and the staff were friendly and made great cappuccinos at breakfast.
