Everything was amazing, especially the rooms and the breakfast! Probably the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel/B&B. The staff are super friendly and the property is beyond beautiful. It was a true shame to leave.

I was expecting a beautiful breakfast but it was really not worth it. I couldn’t enjoy it at all because there were tons of bees. And the stuff was doing nothing about it, so instead of having a beautiful calm breakfast, I had to eat food as fast as I can because otherwise the bees would sit on it. Plus, it is not clean at all, these bees sit on every dish there. Very dissatisfied. Plus, the check-out time is too early, usually I experience checking out at 12pm, however here it was at 10am! We couldn’t have a swim in the sea because of this

It was very clean and beautiful! The garden and the villa itself are amazing! The room was small, but clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for lido, we could easily enjoy everything.

I am deeply impressed by this hotel – it feels like a little paradise on Lido. Mrs. Sabina went out of her way to help us with things she didn’t even have to, and I’m so incredibly grateful to her. The staff here is so warm and kind – it feels like being part of a family. The grounds are simply magical – flowers, greenery, and so much love poured into every corner of this place. You can feel it everywhere. I wish you only the best guests and countless moments filled with joy and positive emotions. Everything was not only delicious but also presented so beautifully.

Delightful setting, easy walk to the beach or to the local eateries. We were most impressed with the staff. Very good range of foods for the buffet breakfast. Beautiful garden.

Absolutely wonderful! It is a detached country house with a gorgeous layout and a relaxing atmosphere. First class room, well maintained with thoughtful touches. The host was lovely and first class. Perfect location for exploring Lido and taking care of the linen.

Breakfast was excellent—homemade pastries, fresh-squeezed juice, and a nice selection of ham and cheese. The staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. While the room was a bit dated, it matched the photos and was comfortable, with the bonus of both a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The location is fantastic—perfect for exploring the city and also close to the beach.

Lovely villa on the lido - perfect for our visit to the biennale. Staff are friendly, breakfast was nice in the beautiful garden, and there is a fantastic trattoria on the same road for dinner. We will be back!

breakfast room for bad weather seemed a little small. normally in good weather there was seating on the terazza in the beautiful garden.

the neighbourhood and surrounding cafes, lovely relaxed atmosphere. The garden is stunning, the breakfast served lovely coffee and home made cakes, eggs, ham, and cheese. the room had very good bathroom and was very comfortable, fresh and clean. there were cooking workshops and craft workshops to take part in. something special, to learn more about the culture. one of the most beautiful things about Venice I think are the artisan workshops.

Nothing to do with hotel but water buses are a pain

Beautiful setting and hotel. Much quieter than Venice, staff very helpful, room was very nice. We love older character homes and estates.
