There werent any restaurants in close walking distance, all of them are in the city centre, which is 20 minutes up the hill. The receptionist did speak english poorly and due to misunderstanding we overslept the first breakfast.

The property is really nice with stunning views. There is free parking in front of it and its really a good value for the money. The receptionist was friendly but spoke just little english.

Everything is automated, no staff most of the time. Nobody spoke any English, even on the phone. No communication about what to do on arrival. Room was tiny. Expensive for what you get. Photos look better than reality. Breakfast was mediocre.

A little shame the beautiful accommodation is 27 mins walk up hill to Monte St Angelo Basilicata, but on the positive side, yiy can catch a local bus up the hill. My friend had a very painful ankle so could not walk up the hill for 27 minutes.

The room and bathroom was very clean, large and comfortable. Excellent swimming pool too. Breakfast was excellent. Staff on reception and at the Breakfast bar were very kind and helpful

I liked everything, thank you for the lovely peaceful stay. It's a nice stroll away from the Sanctuary. The room is very nice and has been refurbished recently. There's a balcony with a table and chairs. There was everything needed in the bathroom and the towels were soft. The mattress and pillows were lovely and firm. There's an Italian breakfast with freshly baked rolls and cornetti. There's even tea which is rare in Italy.

Good location with parking. We didn’t have to drive into the city and it was a quick 15 minute walk to the historic center. Our room had a large balcony with table and chairs. Wonder friendly family run.

Our room was far away from what is shown on the photos. For quite a high price we've got an old room which requires renovation. *I assume photos shown here were made in the recently renovated/build wing of the building. We had intense smell of smoke on our floor which also didn't give a great impression. Our room wasn't cleaned in spite of the tag being put on the door. So yeah, room related experience wasn't wow
