Very quiet at night, the room was very comfortable and very clean, it makes you feel at home We enjoyed the breakfast prepared by Caterina, she asked what we liked to eat and drink, she was interested in making us feel comfortable. Caterina was very nice and really helpful in advising what to do and in fact we went by train to Peschiera del Garda on Garda lake, it was the right decision as it was such a hot day! The B&B is an apartment newly decorated, all very new. Everything is spotless clean, including the bathroom. Airconditioning all through the apartment and bedrooms worked very well. Note that you are likely to receive instructions how to access the apartment via WhatsApp, it worked very well.

The broom is clean, chill and comfortable. Breakfast also was wonderful: eggs, sandwiches, yougurt.

The district seems to be dirty a little bit, but there’re a lot of nice places to it though

The room and the bathroom are both hotel quality – very modern. The air conditioning cools very well and is not noisy. There’s also a fridge in the room, which was really useful in the heat. The host who prepares breakfast was extremely kind. The train station is just a short walk away, so I didn’t take the bus, but as far as I know, there are buses both to the station and to the city center.

Everything was great!

Room was bright and cheerful and very clean. Information regarding buses to get in to town was available which was easy to follow and convenient as not too far. The breakfast was very nice with eggs cooked especially for my husband. The area was suburban but seemed safe and easy to find.

Letting ourselves in to the flat seemed complicated but we did manage it. Unfortunately the stairs were not good having to drag our luggage up to the second floor.

Room Clean usually, and it was near the VeronaFierre which was very comfort for us to do our business without any tired. Breakfast was good for us as Moslims . and Ms. Catrena was very helpful and very active and very kind.

Beds was small and covers also small. place in the 2nd floor without left and there is no one helping you if you have heavy luggedges.

Host was amazing, easy to find, clear instructions to enter the property, really helpful, kept the place nice and clean, breakfast was amazing. Very close to VeronaFiera

Well priced and easy access to bus made trips into the old town and train station convenient. Good breakfast and very helpful host who even waited outside in the rain with us to make sure our taxi arrived.

I hasn't realised there were two flights of stairs - a bit of a bother in the 35 degree heat. Our host didn't speak english so communication was via whats ap which sometimes missed a bit of detail (or we missed it, so didn't realise we needed to ring once we were at the front door to gain access).

A bit hard to find the location and the ring bell

The neighbourhood and apartment building don't look very attractive at first sight, but once inside, the apartment gives a very nice impression: a modern attractive room with all comfort and high-quality materials. Refrigerator and minibar in the room. About 2 km from the centre. Unlimited free parking on the street. Nearby are a snack-bar, an Argentinian and a seafood restaurant (dinner form 19.30) and a supermarket. Quiet. Good price-quality. Entrance is through the kitchen of the owners (cooking-stove and refrigerator only for their personal use), where she serves a very good breakfast (8:00-9:30) with bread, pastries, ham, cheese, eggs, fruits, yogurt, ...

Many stairs (2nd floor). Because of some misunderstanding nobody picked up the phone to open the front door upon our arrival. After 15 minutes we found out that the neighbour shop owner could open the front door and with a code we could enter the apartment and our room.

Caterina was very friendly, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a very nice and fresh breakfast both days. The B&B is actually a flat in a normal residence building.

We didn't feel very welcome as a first impression with all the signs about what is not allowed on the wall and even the toilet. And with the video surveillance in the hallway/kitchen. You get the feeling that you should not use the kitchen yourself, while all the equipment there is listed when you book the room. The flat is quite far from the city center on foot, because the train station is in-between. You can get there by bus, but make sure to catch the last bus back at about 9pm. Parking is not allowed near the flat for more than an hour, free parking is about 1km away. And breakfast is from 8-9:30 as we learned the first morning. All this information should be given to the guests in a small folder, there would also be a better place for the DOs and DON'Ts instead of signs on the walls. This would make the guests feel more welcome and the stay more pleasant.

Super welcoming host, clean and very charming room with all facilities, and including a fantastic breakfast. I definitely recommend this B&B.

This is just one of the best places with conditions, comfort and soul at the same time, a really amazing host with whom I was happy to speak a bit Italian which I am learning, very helpful with getting any information, totally delicious breakfast with amazing prosciutto options, eggs, fresh croissants, coffee, a nice cozy room with perfect mattress and bed which was just the right thing for a good sleep after a busy day.

The location is of course a bit far, but still it is quite comfortable to get it with the bus especially if you have the Verona card, it is included and the station is exactly nearby. So, there are many other things that outweigh this only fact.
