Breakfast was a little disappointing. The room is tiny so you have to book your slot and everything could have been a bit fresher.

This B&B is in a great location very near to the historic centre. Check-in was easy and we could leave our bags after check out which was great. We had a fabulous big room with ornate ceilings and a beautiful view over the countryside. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. Staff were friendly and I would recommend this for a short stay

Wifi connection was not steady, it might be bit too pricey for two.

Close to Piazza del Campo, good location. The room was very spacious, plenty space to spread out luggage and comfortable. Very nice view from the window too. The host was very helpful answering all of our questions. Little breakfast room was nice too and he made us coffee and served us buffet.

Whilst bathroom was only for our use this was located down the corridor. No air con provided, but on this occasion this was not required. An electric fan was provided but not required.

It's noisy at night due to bars in the street and many people are shouting till late There is a hole opened in one glass and it's not quiet .

the room was clean and comfortble.the bathroom that was outside the room was big and clean also.everything that we wanted like iron, towels,shampoo,toilet paper etc was included.the breakfast was amazing.the location and the view was also perfect.finaly thanks a lot for allowing us to leave our luggage after check in.maybe a small renovation to our room but that wasnt a problem.especially if considering the price it was economical.

The description on Booking.com stated there would be a coffee machine/ coffee making facility but that was not available. There was also no hairdryer or heating as staed on the description.

The host sent instructions for us to get into the place by ourselves which was helpful, however we didn't see much of the hosts apart from that. She didn't seem to know which room we were in, how long we were staying etc so didn't feel overly personal.

The room was beautiful with paintings on the ceilings, and it was right in the town as well, very close to everything you'd want to do in Sienna. Breakfast was decent. Room was very big.

It was a bit hot and if you opened the window it was noisy with traffic starting at 6am. We sorted this on the second night by cooling the room down early evening, then it was fine overnight.

The room was amazing. The ceiling is exceptional and the bed was very comfy. We were allowed to check in early, which was great. The staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful.

Not that they can control it, but the palazzo is close to some bars which don't close until 2am, and the noise went on way beyond then even on weeknights. Make sure to bring earplugs.

The room was far larger than it looked online. It was very pretty and the bed was comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We had asked for twin beds but what we got was a queen bed and a pull out sleeper chair which was not particularly comfortable. But the room was spacious with big windows opening to the greenery below. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.

Location is excellent. Also our room was on the back side of the building so that reduced the noise of the partying on the street. Siena is lively at night!

The accommodation's pictures of the room did not match the pictures in Booking. The pictures were apparently of the host's best room. There were no armchairs as in the picture, the room was dark and noisy because it was on the side of the street where people passed late into the night.

If I had to be honest, the sound travelled, we could hear the other guests walking in the hall.
