The room was big, also the bathroom was huge. It was very clean and had a fridge and a little cosy balcony. The staff was very easygoing and friendly.

It was not very well isolated, so you could hear other people. Also finding a parking lot was quite difficult.

Nice room in antique Building. Good location with free street parking and close to Ortigia. Nice little terrace with seaview and large bathroom.

The place is very close to the Ortigia island and just 1 min from a very pleasant street full of cafés and restaurants. The balcony is very nice, the view in the morning with a coffee was great. The furniture in the room is just fine, I especially liked the bathroom. The AC works very well. The temperature in the room was pleasant in just 10-15 minutes. We stayed for 2 nights with our 3 years old daughter. It was just fine to discover Siracusa and especially the Ortigia island. We could do self check-in.

Finding a parking place was difficult, but there is a big parking lot not so far away where one can park for 24h for 15 EUR. It was very audible when other guests were entering the flat. It's not specific to the accommodation, but rather to Siracusa: the tap water was not delicious, so it's recommended to buy water in a shop.

Very good location, nice balcony, comfortable room

Comfortable room with a balcony, a spacious bathroom, and a convenient location near Ortygia and the train/bus station. Very clear and easy instructions for self check-in.

The accommodation was an easy walk to the island of Ortigia. Plenty of cafes and shops near at hand.

The room is on the top floor with no lift, and an electrical/mechanical lift to operate to take the bags.up and down. Limited room servicing of sheets and towels.

Room was very spacious, furnished with taste. It was clean, shower was very spacious. Our room was looking at the inner courtyard, very quiet.

During the night we were woken by the mosquitoes - we did not expect them so early, killed like a 10 of them. Also killed on roach, but I did not see any other (since this is a room in old town building, it is possible that bugs can come in). So ask for mosquito repellent.

Spacious, clean, nice and comfy bed, lovely balcony. 5 min from city centre, easy to find a parking near on the street for free.

Very nice and clean room! Excellent location very close to old city. The owner is very polite and ready to answer of any question about the city. Overall a very pleasant stay!

The host was helpful and he arranged for my luggage to be lifted up the stairs. The balcony opened onto an inner square rather than the front which was on a road choking with traffic. The room itself was clean.

There was a terrible smell of drains in the room which seemed to be coming from the shower outlet. There were hairs blocked in it. There was a lot of noise: partly a child in one of the other rooms (I know, it’s just one of those things), but also a noisy buzzer which went off every time someone came in or out. My room was next to the entrance and at times people were outside my door talking, which I found uncomfortable. Apart from the child, I felt 5he other things needed attention.

Good location, we had a luck with parking - just by the building. The owner very friendly, helped us to transport the luggage with special elevator/crane.

Great location, nice rooms, especially the 3-bed one was lovely, spacious, clean. Loved the vintage but refurbished furniture, the whole place had an old feel but in a clean new way which we liked. Tea-kettle and coffee maker along with lovely china cups and tea were available for use and there's a fridge in every room. We were able to find free parking close to the house which is really down the street from Ortigia so we were able to go there for breakfast every day and have a stroll in the evening after returning from the beach.

There should be a net on the doors as there was at least 20 mosquitoes in both rooms the 1st night. The 3-bed room had a netted window in the bathroom so there was some airflow. The 2-bed only had a balcony and as we opened our balcony doors mozzies kept flying in so we didn't sleep for 3 nights while we were there. The owner was nice and gave us spray and repellent but it didn't deal with the problem. If you don't mind AC you'll do just fine with closed doors. And there's lots of stairs to get up there. They had a crane but didn't offer to get our luggage up or down. Also if you call your place B&B people will expect a place where breakfast is served. Just call it Nike rooms.

Big room with very comfortable bed and sofa, and a large bathroom/shower. Sicilian toiletries were a nice touch. Although there weren't too many stairs, the host winching our baggage up was very welcome. Location was fantastic with only a short walk both to the train station and to Ortigia and plenty of local restaurants and bars, but not noisy at all. The host also let us store our baggage during the day after we checked out.

Beautiful room in a great location

Good location on a quiet street. The system for moving bags up and down is excellent.

Don't know if it's changed owners or if they're away. No breakfast available, but that was clear when we booked. We only saw the gentleman who checked us in at the beginning. He did respond to messages and we were able to leave our bags.

What we thought was one queen bed was in fact 2 single beds.... made it difficult to sleep together

Great location just a few minutes walk from the island (world heritage listed baroque architecture across the whole island - amazing). The owner was easy to communicate with via the app and the room was great!
