One of the three studio rooms I booked was on the ground floor, with both the glass door and the windows opening into the front courtyard. While this may not be an issue for most guests, it could be a safe bet to request a room on a higher floor if safety is a primary concern.

I booked three studio rooms for a group of visiting students and assisted them during check-in and check-out. Communication with the host was smooth; we were met by an associate who showed around the rooms, handed over the keys, took the pictures of all guests' passports (legal requirement), and collected the applicable city tax (cash only). All rooms are recently refurbished to a modern standard and appear to be well-maintained. Kitchen is amply equipped with kitchenware.

The location is excellent to go in the city center and Arena by foot, a 10 min pleasant walk. Safe area. Very good communication with Mrs Shantelle, very kind and response immediately. Easy check-in/out. Excellent the reccomendation for parking at Parchegio Centrale San Marzo. Underground parkung at 10 min walk at only 10 euro/day. Imbatable price, thank you.

the apartment has small windows, not much sun inside. there is a part of the wardrobe in the bedroom reserve for the technical stuff - i think it is a water meter or electricity. it beeps from time to time.

nice location close to the center but in the quiet neighborhood. the ghost was friendly and we arranged everything just fine. clean apartment with the fresh interior. comfy bed.

When we returned in the early morning we had a little difficulty with the key opening the inner door to the studio it did work but took about 10 mins and we were about to make an unwelcome phone call just as the mechanism unlocked. Worked fine in the morning. It is a little run down in the street outside but the studio more than made up for that.

Tea and coffee were provided, a couple of UHT milk portions would be nice. We ended up pouring away nearly a full litre of milk. There is a lot of space for a studio apartment, and the kitchen is well equipped for a short stay. Bathroom was spacious and again good equipment installed. Cleanliness was very good throughout. Air con worked well and was a rear bonus as it was very warm and humid when we visited. Secure locking gate and two locked doors to the apartment. The location is very good for site seeing and eating out. Overall it was good value for the price

There was no washing cloth as we brought food back, so i could not wash up. Other than that one item all was good.

The apartment is a studio so just what you need for a short stop over in Verona. The host was lovely, he showed us the apartment and the keys to gates and doors. Also provided a detailed map and marked some great areas to go for sights and eating.

Location was really good, walking distance to every place in Verona. Very quiet and felt very safe. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. AC was working properly which was a plus considering the hot days in Verona. We arrived earlier then the official check in hour but the host allowed us to leave our luggage and collect the keys, it was really helpful so we could walk around comfortably. Would definitely stay here again!

The only thing was the curtains in the main bedroom let so much light in so if you were trying to lie in it would maybe be hard to. As it happens I slept well and we left mid morning anyway.

It was well equipped and a short 10 minute walk from the centre of Verona. The outer of the building had a lockable gate too which was good.

Despite a sizeable kitchen there was no coffee maker, even though one is listed on booking.com and a moka appears in the photos. Also the shower needed some maintenance as the water didn’t drain away.

We were not sure of were to go (to find the right apartment), since we agreed for the keys to be picked up by us late at night. Outside the apartment it is not really nice. On the hallway you will encounter many AC units of other apartments, but the inside... was really nice... recently renovated and makes you forget about the outside.

It was centric and the keys were easy to get. The host was flexible with the arrival and the apartment was well equiped. The bed was comfy and you have enough space, as a studio apartment.
