We were a group of three friends and had an amazing experience at this accommodation in Verona. The room was spotlessly clean, bright, and had a large, beautiful balcony. The host, Claud, was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for places to eat and things to see in Verona. He was very understanding about our late arrival and kindly arranged for us to do a self check-in, which was very convenient. The location is perfect – just a short walk to both the city center and the train station. Everything went flawlessly, and we highly recommend this place! :)

Well to start Claudia I s just a dream to find. So helpful and responsive for a guide to Verona that made the trip so easy Room was 20 mins ISH to town, parking easy, the room was perfectly functional and a local shop close Overall a good find, great city and good value accommodation

Great room, appreciated the air con and there was a nice spread for breakfast. The host was also extremely helpful when our trains were cancelled and we arrived late into the city.

Although we were aware beforehand the property was a 30 minute walk from the centre, this would have been OK in cooler temperatures. However in view of the heat, we needed always to get a bus to and from the centre. However, not too much of an issue once we got our bearings. Taxies were also reasonable after midnight following the opera.

Claude was very welcoming and helpful.Very good and prompt communication.We also really appreciated being able to leave our luggage after checkout. It was good to have a communal kitchen area with chilled water, snacks, and access to using the fridge if needed. We also liked the balcony space adjoining our room to sit out in. The lift and daily room service were greatly appreciated.

Not so much we didn't like it, but Google maps took us past the entry to the accommodation. It took us a little bit to find the door. But once we did it was easy enough to get in. One of the lights in the bathroom was not working and the shower was quite small. We are 5'11 and 6'2. But otherwise good.

The host was very helpful, giving us information about where to go and how to get there. The room was very tidy and facilities clean. They didn't offer breakfast, but they did have a water cooler and a range of snacks and coffee free of charge. The accommodation was about a 30-minute walk from the city center. However, there were busses available if walking was not an option.Overall, it was a lovely stay.

Quiet and cosy location with a very attentive and kind host. We felt comfortable, relaxed, safe and at home. An easy walk to Verona city centre to see all the sights. We had a great stay.

Location- a long walk into city centre. Information about local buses would have been very helpful . Check in time finishes very early so not ideal especially when controlled by flight times . Maybe a ‘lock box ‘for keys would reduce the stress for guests and management. Booked a triple room ,confirmed by email from bookings.com ,but allocated a double.

A suggestion would be to maybe put a nice divider/screen between the two rooms using the long balcony, but it was not a big issue.

Really enjoyed my stay, felt at home! Spotlessly clean, even the balcony floor - can go out with no shoes just like inside. Large double bed, high quality mattress, pillows and bed linen/sheets. Perfect aircon, absolutely silent (no noise) at night. Good hot water in the shower, large basin and mirror in the bathroom. Claudio was the perfect host. He let me check in early, re-supplied the cream when I asked and even provided Earl Grey and English Breakfast tea! I couldn’t work the coffee machine in my room but the one in the reception area was available 24 hours, along with water cooler, snacks, kettle, microwave, fridge, cups, plates and cutlery. Location-wise, it is a 15-20 min walk to the train station. There is a pizza/kebab place next door and a big Lidl 15 min walk away. Thank you Claudio!!! I usually book apartments but with the very convenient, fully-equipped snack area, I had everything I needed. Ciao Bella! xx

Conveniently located and easily accessible to every attraction around Verona. Very easy parking and valuable when you are on a road trip. Many eating and shopping possibilities within walking distance.

Claudio was an excellent host. He guided us perfectly. Giving us important tips on restaurants and places of interest. The location is very central, close to the train station and the Arena di Verona. Above all the B&B was comfortable and really clean. We strongly recommend it.

Amazing place for stay even for months.Very very clean BB.Claudio is a amazing host very helpful,very friendly,very kind.Very cozy place with everything needed.Coffee,tee,fresh fruits,biscuits as well free breakfast 🥰The location also is good .The bus station is near 2 min walk.The train station is 15 minutes walk.100% recommended place.

The only thing we can suggest for improvement is a more comfortable bed, and the shower not wide enough.

We liked everything about even though it was advertised as breakfast not included, he has tea/coffee making facility in the rooms as well as in the breakfast area. He provided fruit, as well as individually wrapped snacks. When we first arrived he had all types of tea except black. As we were looking for black tea he went to buy some within half an hour. He also gave us great ideas of where to go for sightseeing and for eating. Claudio the owner was very friendly

Claudio is an amazing host who is really welcoming and is willing to help with the directions, spots to visit in Verona. The location is quite good and as well, It’s quite easy to get to all the attractions in the city centre (20-30 min walk)
