The staff was so helpful and accommodating. Having access to bfast at the cafe in the square was fantastic. The location was great and easy to walk to all of the various attractions we wanted to see. Spacious for our family of four.

Beautiful staff and family run business. They make you feel like family too! Comfortable beds, close to everything, markets, restaurants, leather shops. The best was the breakfast served by JeanPierre and his lovely wife, Antonio and all the amazing staff! Thank you for making our trip so memorable and we love Cafe Perseo! 🫶🏼 we will be back!

Nothing Expectations exceeded

The 3rd floor Apartment was easily accessible by stairs and as we are Seniors didn’t find the climb difficult. Recently nicely refurbished quite large 1 bedroom with private bathroom apartment , 10 metres walk to Piazza and 16 minutes walk to Florence train station. Stayed 5 nights in most comfortable large double bed with daily service and replaced impeccably clean towels.In summary a very slick managed hospitality business a pleasure to have experienced. Breakfast was included and the cafe 10 metres away from the lovely B&B served a substantial early meal of fresh squeezed orange juice , cold glassed water , cup of hot sensational tasting coffee ( second cup was offered )toast and jam , and the best for last 4 mini croissants with different sweet fillings. We enjoyed the 360 degrees view of Piazza della Signoria whilst relaxing and simply devouring the excellent breakfast offerings whilst people watching. Thank you Caffe Pereso with special mention of very attentive waiters Vincento and Valentino. These happy fellows surpassed the expected balance of service levels without you feeling fussed over. They are professionals with exceptional skills.

Only thing that may be an issue for some people is carrying cases up to second floor as there isn't a lift.

Property is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. Room is spacious and very clean. The staff are wonderful - thank you Antonella, Elena, Antonio and Vincenzo. Your customer service was outstanding. The breakfast has been the best in Italy 🇮🇹

The noise levels were the downside to the location, so something to be mindful of.

Location was prime! Right next to the tourist squares and walking distance to the main attractions. Breakfast was lovely (toast, pastries, fruit salad, fresh juice, coffee).

As all showers in Europe are, the shower was small for my comfort, but definitely didn’t make a big deal.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The Bed and breakfast is in a central location. You are a few steps away from all the major attractions and sites. It was amazing to wake up and walk to La piazza Della signora where breakfast was included at Bar Perseo. It was spectacular. My wife and I had an amazing time in Florence and would recommend this bed and breakfast to family and friends.

Brilliant central location and we’re so helpful with recommendations and helped us with a brilliant last night meal. Breakfast was also in a lovely setting - the whole thing very nicely done and a real family offer.

Two small things to notice if that is relevant for you: 1) the b&b is at the third floor of a building without a lift, so you will have to carry the bags for some stairs. 2) the b&b is located nearby a square that has very nice artists playing in the night until 11pm. Since it is a very crowded place, some may find a little bit noisy at night.

The staff was very welcoming and supportive during the entire stay. The owner Gianpierre was also very welcoming at the breakfast served at caffe Perseo, which was very good. The location of the b&b is great, you can arrive at any relevant firenze place in less then 25min walking. Good comfort and cleaning.

It is located on the 2nd floor (3rd in the US), so getting luggage up was tiring and unexpected.

The location was wonderful and the staff very helpful. If I’m ever back in Florence I would stay here again.
