Just outside the city walls, 5 mins walk, so good parking options ( think it was €.50/ hr from 8am to 8pm), lovely owner / person welcoming us, nice room with private bathroom. We didn't have breakfast but there are a couple of great cafes 2 mins away. Lucca is a real favourite, it's my third time there and we will be back!

The hosts were so welcoming . Really helpful . Quite quaint and quirky rooms - vintage style . So easy to walk into town .

Maybe a little more choice at breakfast.

The rooms are accessed via a staircase and our room was fine. Breakfast is down at ground floor level and was adequate, perhaps a little more choice would have been good. Location is goo.d with about a 15 minute walk to the city centre. We were able to park in the street outside the property.

The garden area was not as expected, it didn't look inviting or used. Maybe its the end of the season but it was ashame as we would have liked to sit outside in the afternoons.

Very friendly and good location, 10 mins walk to walls. Breakfast was ok nice cakes. Perhaps more fruit would be good. Lovely large room beautifully decorated.

excellent location 4-5 minutes walk to Lucca, room and facilities as described on site, host very helpful arrived early she let me check in at 10:00 am , thank you by the way. Nice artwork on the walls . Free public parking down the road.

Lack of communication before arriving with specific directions and answers to questions

It was located close to bus station ( outside the walls) Room was spacious with bed and the double sofa bed used. Breakfast was the best we had on our trip with good coffee plus choices of cereals yogurt fruit and cold meat Tea in room and beds were remade ( not expected) .

The door of the bathroom and the toilet flush were very loud.

Limited storage space for 2suitcases and in bathroom. Slightly more expensive than similar ones we've used.

Lucia was lovely and very helpful. It is a short walk to the city walls and the bus station and 10-15min walk to the train station which was a lovely stroll along the walls. Breakfast was great, with super coffee. The property is full of character.

5 minute walk from the old city wall and with a wonderful breakfast to start each day our 4 night stay couldn't have been better. We were lucky with street parking right in front of building; not sure if legal but we were assured it was OK and turned out to be so. So close to the old city, but being just outside enabled easy local area car journeys.

There is a long walk to the old part of the town, which is mostly car free. On the second day, we realized, that it is preferable to drive to one of many parking lots, some of them much closer to the conglomerate of attractions.

The room looks exactly as in the picture. Parking is free in the street in 200-300 meters from the B&B. Clean and spacious room, facilities in good working order. Hostess is helpful and very nice. And Lucca is the wonderful city, that exceeded our expectation - large medieval town, palace, cathedral, towers to climb to see the beauty of Lucca from above.

I liked everything but not walking for 3 hours after being out all day...my feet were blistered...I have to admit, I'm terrible w directions...

I was very close to everything but after the day was over I never was able to find the mimosa...it's not easy to get GPS in this medieval town...that was my only unpleasant expenience, but each day it did hapoen

The bed & breakfast is located in a very busy area, so it was not easy to find a parking lot. There are a few parking spaces nearby (even in front of it) but they are all not free and mostly occupied, so it took us some time to find a free parking space available. The bedrooms are not acoustically isolated and there was a lot of noise coming from the the street. Our bedroom was on the first floor and there was no lift to go upstairs, there are lots of stairs to go up, so if you have a heavy luggage, it can be a problem. The bed and breakfast is located into an old building which has not been refurbished, apart from the outside. The bedroom was not as shown in the photos, because the walls were with some scratched paint and some stains and the floor was extremely old and in bad condition. The bedroom should be definitely be refurbished.

The price, quite affordable. The accommodation is 10 minutes walk from the walls that allow access to the historical city centre.

Unfortunately, the hotel is much further away from the city wall than expected. Not knowing Lucca, I had no idea. The room, although clean, was quite dark, and if the curtains were open, then the main road was right below and the properties opposite could look directly across. The road was extremely noisy all night. I think its important to note that when booking in August, most of the little cafés and bars are closed for Feragosto. I had to walk a considerable distance across the main road and into the city to find food. About 1/2 an hours walk each way, minimum. I'm sure it would have been fine at another time of year. It's also a good 30 minute walk from the station. Get a taxi in the heat of the summer. They're cheap.

The hostess was lovely and breakfast delightful outside in the pretty garden. There was also a much needed AC system in the room. The decor was quirky and interesting. Unfortunately, I had to cut my stay short.

Beautiful boutique b&b where we received a warm welcome from Roberto and Lucia, including an amazing breakfast with cakes made by Lucia. Easy and short 10 min walk to the city, with safe street parking easily accessible outside the hotel. We will definitely come back. The room and bathroom were huge.

Fabulous little B&B, great location, walking distance into Lucca through one of the west wall gates. Lucia was very welcoming, good communication and flexibility as we were late arriving. our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Just one night for us, a stop over on our drive home to England.
