Beautiful location near the Piazza del Campo and very nice and comfortable rooms. Unbelievable views! The team were very clear about it being on the fifth floor with no elevator available. Don’t be caught off guard by this! It’s a lovely stay, just make sure you’re capable of climbing the stairs with your luggage!

Exceptional view and perfect location. The staff was very friendly and gave us perfect instructions on where to park best outside of the busy city centre. The room was spacious and well equipped.

The view of the balcony is magnificent. The room itself is very clean and cosy. Moreover the apartment is located in the center, which helps the residents to reach anything they want easily. Just 5 mins walking distance to the bus station

Lots of steps (5th floor) but that also gave an amazing view. There was a mechanism for lifting luggage, but we kept the suitcases in the car and only had backpacks.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. Great location in the old town.

The apartments are on the highest floor of the building and there is no elevator to go up with the luggages. I recommend you to only have a backpacking to easily go up.

The location is super nice. You would be located in the heart of the city center. Walking distance to to main attractions.

The only downside is that it's at the 5th floor with no elevators. For me it was fine but for the older people I was with it was a bit of a struggle.

Everything was amazing. The room was big, with high ceilings, the bed very comfortable, the sheets very clean. The view on the room was superb.

Nothing really, but being a Saturday night and in such a central location, it was very noisy until late into the evening. This wouldn’t stop me staying again but I might bring earplugs!

Lovely room, decorated nicely and great location. Communication with the staff was easy and I was able to leave my bag before check in time. The outdoor terrace views are wonderful.

A nice little mini-bar would be welcome if only to place chilled water or beverages, and unfortunately not all rooms have windows to see the outside world. Be ready to walk a few flights!

Helpful and friendly staff, a superb location in the thick of Siena but yet tucked away enough for a peaceful surrounding with beautiful terrace views and comfortable bed.

I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough! I absolutely lived staying here for 4 nights and found it very difficult to leave. The location is amazing. the view from my room window was astounding and it was very quiet and comfortable. I was expecting the flights of stairs and it didn’t bother me at all. The owners were very helpful and pleasant. I even lived the fact that thrtea wasn’t a TV in the room!

Construction noise was too loud to leave the window open at night, but that‘s not the accomodation‘s fault.

Lovely place to stay in Siena, amazing view in the morning with a balcony to have breakfast overlooking the valley. Hosts sent us a tip for parking since you‘re not allowed to park in the city. But close enough to walk.

I was a bit concerned about the mold in the wardrobe. Also TAKE A TAXI to get there! The walk is too steep with luggage.

The room and bathroom were spacious and the views were spectacular! The common area was also wonderful. I enjoyed the morning coffee. The staff was also delightful!

Excellent location near the historic sites, comfortable room and complimentary espresso coffee in the common kitchen! The host was very kind and helped with carrying the luggage to the 5th floor!

Beds were made and towels replaced every three days but otherwise no cleaning was done in the rooms (we were there ten days so it would have been good to have some cleaning). Also there are 114 stairs to climb which would have been nice to know - I would have packed lighter!

Excellent location, very close to the central piazza and most attractions. Well-maintained and very friendly, helpful staff. Incredible view!
