Very cozy and warm place with cats and wonderful and welcoming host. I would spend there my entire life.

A very cozy hotel in a historic building! Walking distance to the lake, and the host is super friendly. The breakfast is amazing. It truly feels like being in a fairy tale or a storybook from the past!

Nothing is dissatisfied.

The location is very picturesque, a historic house in an old village, above Abbadia and Mandello. It is very fascinating and the hostess is very kind, talkative and helpful. The breakfast was varied and tasty.

The room was a bit cold at night.

Our stay was great. The place was amazing, with so romantic atmosphere. The host was very kind and helpful, she made for us very tastful and homemade breakfast. Even parking is not far from there.

Great that the luggage was picked up from the train station and the first meeting started with friendly laughter and hugs. The host immediately served cold beers and the hospitality was immediately present. Clean accommodations and breakfast was especially good. Thank you very much!

We didn't like the fact that we stayed there for too little time.

Annalisa’s house was absolutely beautiful, the area was nice and the home made breakfast was superbe!

Super nice house with Charme and little kittens that are all time ready to play. The owner is super friendly and had a lot of tips. Lovely waterfall a 45min footwalk away. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable.

The b&b is hardly to arrive by car, especially bigger cars. The price was a little too high for us but overall ok for Lago di Como

The guests are extraordinary , the place has a lot of heritage , we came on a motorcycle and there was a parking space right in front of the gate, very clean and the breakfast was delicious.

The host was extremely friendly and accomodating. Did everything to make our stay as nice as possible.

Location was fine, but not ideal. Need a car and parking was a short walk to the B&B. If you have a car, it is totally fine but the last bit of road is kind of rough.

Great and helpful hosts in a very special and comfortable house. Highly recommended for people who want to stay in a calm, typical Italian environment besides the big touristic stream. The atmosphere is very warm and more than friendly. We would come back with pleasure any time.

The atmosphere in the B&B, the lovely patio, the breakfast area, the personal hospitality and the wonderful hostess.

When we arrived we were welcomed by the hostess and asked if we wanted something too drink, we were the brought to our room. The whole thing looked even beter the we expected and was very cozy. In the morning we had an incredible breakfast with a bunch of home food, all of it was really good

The property is a beautiful oasis in the old town, homely and charmingly decorated. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and generous, and the homemade breakfast was delicious!

Anna-Lisa was an excellent host, very caring and welcoming, she had many recommendations to share and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. An excellent experience overall for us.
