The mattress felt a bit worn. The shower switch from rainshower to hand-held was too stiff to move.

The location is excellent. Near the bus station and nesr the beach. Lots of shops nearby. The room is clean. They do the cleaning every day. The staff is polite.

Its location, cleanliness, and the people who serve you. You are at the train station in 8 minutes and at the bus station in 6 minutes. I had to go to Chieti for business in the mornings, and it was very comfortable. There is a cafe below you and a delicious restaurant nearby on Venice Street; everything is nearby

A bit noisy on the street, but that's expected in the city center.

It's a separate room with a shower in the apartments with shared hall. Located 100m from the central square, close to the beach. The room is well renovated and looked better than rooms in the hotels we've stayed in before. Comparatively inexpensive. Pleasant staff.

GREAT location - right in-between the beach and the train station (5-7 minutes walking from each). Very nice woman who did the breakfast and cleaning there. I didn't meet the host, but all our exchanges were very helpful. I like the fact that they let you check-out at 11am. Many places are doing check-out at 10am or 10:30am and it feels too early! I hope you keep the 11am policy.

All was good

I very liked this hotel. Amazing place to rest after long trip, in the center of the city, near all shops and supermarket, very near a train station and sea. All is very clean and comfortable. A big advantage over other hotels is that check-in here is from 12 noon (I arrived even earlier), not at 15 as in other hotels. For travelers arriving in the morning this is an excellent option to stay. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Wonderful and polite staff. In the morning sweet breakfast and coffee. Thank you this hotel for a good rest.

A little bit of noise from other guests with children-property has four rooms sharing one main hallway on the same floor.

Everything was fine, in city center but also quiet and near to the beach. Good breakfast every morning, it was almost same every day, but decent selection of food. Clean and nice room, yeah I'm satisfied with that.

The breakfast was the same everyday, meaning the same croissants and cakes from day 1 to day 3. We did not like the fact that there was no natural light. We could not see through the windows anything. I can tell that only our room had different windows...

Small things that can be improved, not very unpleasant. The bath tube had a small problem (but not very problematic - the water was evacuating slower) The breakfast is from 8 to 10 so if you have an early flight you will miss it (here, some sandwiches prepared 1 day before would be appreciated) Minibar didn't worked here also (like in the other room) - might be a policy according to the cold weather.

There was our second stay and we had a different room. The room was similar: large enough, clean, comfortable beds, hot water. As we were there before the check in was smoother. Proximity of the beach, restaurants, train, etc... was appreciated as we had a flight early in the morning.

- breakfast might be improved with some italian cheese and ham - the minibar didn't worked (but we didn't bother to ask as we stayed only one night) - for getting into the b&b you need a PIN code, in order to get the code you need to call the host, it might be a better way to be sent on whatsup or sms in order to make things smoother.

- very good location, right in the center of Pescara - nice, clean room with large and comfortable bed - hot water with very good pressure - good breakfast with nespresso coffee, fresh orange juice, pastery (cake, croissant), fruits

Great location in modern part of surprising Pescara. 2 mins walking from the beach. Last minute booking, people very flexible and friendly! Nice Italian breakfast
