Such a beautiful location, at the bottom of a hill, looking up towards Monreale. The gardens were very well cared for, as was the whole property. There was an excellent pool area. Teodoro drove us twice up to Monreale for dinner and to catch a bus to Palermo. We had a good breakfast with lots of fruit and fresh items. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

What set this property apart was the graciousness of our hosts. It's a lovely home. Our room was comfortable and immaculate. Breakfast was wonderful. The B&B itself is well located for seeing not just Monreale, but Palermo and the entire area. But it was the kind welcome and gracious hospitality that set this B&B apart. Our host helped us to navigate the area and even drove us up to the bus stop so we wouldn't have to trek uphill first thing in the morning. It felt like staying with family.

A car is essential but driving in Italy is not for the faint hearted!

A beautiful home, very comfortable room. Gardens are idyllic and the pool very welcome on a hot day. Theodore and his wife very kind and as mentioned previously, he kindly gave us a lift up the steep hill to the historic centre.

The hosts are wonderful! They drove us to Monreale and then we had a short walk back. Loved that they offer this service for free. Our room which was the standard double bed was very small. It was very clean and decorated nicely. Breakfast didnt offer much.

they had wifi, but it was a bit spotty. air conditioner had a slight rattle.

The hosts were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful-gave us maps of the area and made suggestions on what to see. He gave us a ride up to Monreal and showed us how to get to where we wanted to go. The grounds are beautiful. Room was very clean and comfortable. They put out a huge breakfast for us and even made fresh squeezed orange juice. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

The hosts are very friendly and they dropped us off in Monreale. The next day the host dropped us off at the bus station. They gave us much tips about what there is to see and do in Monreale. Very friendly and genuinely kind people! The swimming pool and garden was beautiful. You see the work and love that the hosts are putting in their garden!

Amazing garden and pool, lovely old house. Our host was amazing and gave us a lift into town and advised us about the cathedral and easy way home Great bed, shower and spacious rooms Excellent breakfast with a lot of choice

Hospitality and kindness of the host.The swimming pool. Quietness of the location. The host, Theodore (who speaks french very well), can take you by car to Monreale downtown for dinner for free, and return by foot is very easy even in hot summer.

It is a charming and comfortable place with a really beautiful large garden. Perfect for visiting Monreale and even Palermo. It is better coming with car. The owners give good suggestions and even offered lifting to Monreale for visiting the town and the cathedral, or to the local terminal of the public transport to Palermo.

Limited swimming hours meant that we were unable to take advantage of swimming pool.

Beautiful accommodation in lovely surroundings. Host very accommodating in terms of providing early breakfast to allow for our early departure. Very enjoyable stay

Could have had an extra blanket for colder nights.

Owners were attentive, quality furnishings. Breakfast was sufficient, heat was available as needed. Too cold for the pool. Secure parking. Beautiful grounds that are well cared for.

Nothing! I’d book in straightaway if I returned to Palermo (which I’d love to!).

This was a wonderful place to begin our tour of Sicily: the owners are extremely welcoming and helpful. They offered to drive us up to Monreale each day, and advised us on where to eat and where to go; they also provided us with a delicious breakfast each morning, including freshly squeezed orange juice, and gluten-free options for me, which I had asked for on booking.

A quiet and beautiful retreat away from the bustle of the town. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed eating in the wonderful garden. Teodoro and his family went the extra mile to look after us - he, his wife and Alfredo are super helpful and a delight to stay with.

Host were amazing. They helped us various times during our stay, dropped us off to square so we don’t have to look for parking and helped us with conversation with local car rental company.
