This area is a bit dangerous especially after 22.00. Neighborhood is so noisy and you can hear everything inside the flat. Accessories in the flat were very old. They should be renewed. It is hard to set the hot water in shower, I burned/freezed myself many times. At night it was a bit cold. I needed extra blanket.

It is near Termini, it is easy to reach to flat. Flat had everything I needed. It is in almost walking distance to many places. Landlord answered questions quickly. Price was so good.

i would say the bed could have been better and the curtains on the windows were pretty much see through so can work on that The bath area was very small but clean otherwise and the kitchen could do better.

The check in time should allow more flexibility or keys should be left somewhere to reduce a lot of messages.Staff was very nice. They allow you to leave your luggages somewhere after check out for free. Very nice!

Given the location, price, availability and functionality of the amenities, nothing to complain. As many other reviews mentioned, some repairs needed. Cleaning was not provided (all cleaning tools were available). This was secondary for us, while the beauty of centre of Rome together with the lack of need to use the public transport in the most cases were the primary ones. This apartment is for simplicity lovers. If someone is looking for luxurious and brand new accommodation, then this apartment probably is not the best option.

It is spacious and airy apartment on the third floor of an authentic Roman house, with high ceilings,big windows, stucco on ceilings, and a beautiful view, see fotos attached, consists of a living room with kitchenette, and a bedroom. Upon arrival we found salt, sugar, oil, instant coffee, tea, toiletries, iron, hair dryer, microwave, dish detergent, etc. The fully equiped kitchenette allowed to cook (Mercato Esquilino, Conad and Penny are nearby). It is situated close to everything, many beautiful sights, archeological areas, parks and gardens are in a close proximity. All amenities worked properly, it was warm (thermostat is near the main door), bed was comfy, fridge was big enough, Wi Fi was good, we did not face problems with shower, hot water, flooding in bathroom, etc. We did not buy drinking water, several springs of drinking water are nearby in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. Communication with host was good, they promptly provided us with all the information we needed via booking . com and WhatsApp. Check-in and check - out were stress-free, we collected keys upon arrival around 21.00 at the nearby hotel (and pay the city tax there by cash), and left keys on the table in the apartment and closed the main door with an automatic lock upon departure.

Location is great and really walkable distance from train station and bus station termini. Rome can be explored on foot from here. Owner was helpful as we reached place early morning hours around 2 am

The apartment is situated on a main street and in the night can be a little noisy. An air conditioning would be appreciated but not necessarily a must.

The apartment was very clean and well utilated. It had all the appliances that were necessary to cook your own meals. The position is close to major attractions such as colloseum, piazza Venezia, roman forum and others. You can find all that you need nearby (restaurants, supermarket and so on). The host is very friendly and helps you with everything you need. You just have to ask and a solution is provided.

its place in bad conditions, bed is very uncomfortable, bathroom is slipping everywhere, no warm water, no air condition and outside is very noise, if you close window you stay without fresh air, if you open it you cant sleep :) check in and check out is very inflexible. furniture is very old and smelling. whole place stinks bad probably because of not enough airconditining all in all, for this price you can find more decent stay

The place was not clean. The sofa was woefully uncomfortable. Fridge had broken shelves which limited how much you could put in. We had requested a cot and high chair neither of which were provided. We did make do with the spare single bed however. No hot water available in the kitchen sink nor kettle for boiling water. Shower was lukewarm at best and little water pressure. But our biggest concern, particularly with a 2 year old was the unsafe electrical system. There were power outlets with exposed wiring.

Location was excellent. Netflix was nice.
