How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Small things: the water drains slowly from the sink due to its design, which was a bit annoying, but manageable with a little attention. The power outlets next to the bed were quite loose.
We stayed in this apartment for 3 days and it met all our needs. The room was clean and tidy, with a small terrace. The bathroom is modern, and we were provided with enough towels and other essentials. In the common area, there’s coffee and tea available,so you can easily save 2 euros in the morning by having your coffee here :) Sofia is very communicative and helpful, a wonderful host!

The location was perfect - city center, everything in walking distance, close to the central train/bus station. The room was clean and well equipped. The host was very helpful and reacted quickly to answers.

We had a lovely stay! The location was perfect – situated at a convenient mid-distance between the train station and the old city, making it easy to get around. The room was very clean and comfortable, ideal for a family like ours (2 adults and 1 child). It offered everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The host was very nice, always helpful, and readily available to answer any of our questions. The warm attentive approach really made a difference. This place offers great value for money. We truly enjoyed our time here and would recommend this booking to others including families traveling with children.

- i would prefer not to throw the trash by myself. But as they explained to us, it is the City's rules that trash must be thrown out between 18:00-22:00pm
+Central location (just a 5' walk from the train or bus station to explore the wider Province of Puglia and Basilicata). +Very clear instructions for check-in and for our stay , from the very kind and helpful Sofia (also, she arranged a taxi for us to the airport for a very morning flight - 28€). +Comfortable space in the room (we stayed 2 people in the 3-bed room).+Provided coffee and use of a kettle in the common area. +kingsize bed, very comfortable.

The only thing I didn’t like was how hot and stuffy the room got. Since we were out most of the day, I couldn’t leave the door open for ventilation — bugs would come in. So every time we came back, the room felt uncomfortably warm. That was the biggest downside
The location is perfect, and the service was excellent. Sofia was incredibly helpful over the phone — always kind, efficient, and quick to solve any issue. Really appreciated her support!

Very friendly host. My husband was sick during the trip. My trip would have been a nightmare without help from her….Whenever I WhatsApp her for help ,she always response very quickly. For the day of check out, my husband was still very sick. She allowed us to delay our check out time so that his situation is more manageable. Definitely recommend this B&B!! It’s in a very convenient and safe area. Lots of coffee shop and supermarket in case you want to cook.

The only issue was that the room didn't have an actual view outside, as the window was at street level and opaque.
The check in was smooth, and the host was very available. The location was good and the room very spacious, clean and nicely furnished.

There was nothing to dislike about the property.
Room was clean and spacious. Ideal location within walking distance to cafes, restos, etc. Host Sofia was always available when we had a question.

Not a drawback but there are two levels
The property is walkable from all the historic and fun things in Bari. It is also very close to the train station. The property is clean and managers are responsive. The high ceiling and arches definitely add character.

Perfect location to all sights and within walking distance. Smooth and easy instructions on how to check in. Sofia the host was amazing and was always there to answer any questions we had. Apartment was huge and very comfortable and clean.

Location is perfect - it allows you to walk almost everywhere. The room was squeaky clean, the AC never let us get hot. Surprisingly there even was a small outdoor patio with chairs and a table. The host was very communicative and we didn’t have any problems.

Property very clean and spacious. Sofia was ultra helpful letting me in and explaining everything. She was wonderful at getting me a taxi to Polignano a Mare as perhaps the trains were on strike. I appreciated this. The rooms are in a very nice part of the town and close to the station, old city cafes and restaurants. The breakfast at the cafe was delicious. Best croissant I’ve had.
