Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FinlandI arrived with a rental car that I parked in front of the building as instructed. Upon arrival I was told it is ok, but then there was a paper note in italian saying I should move it from private property parking. It turned out that there had been miscommunication within the staff members, and this only "problem" was solved easily with one message. I also think that the building details in my room, like non-sealed floor panels and shower facet, might cause mold problems in the future - even though my sensitive respiratory did not meet problems during my stay. The sound proofing of the room is not good, so if you are sensitive to sounds when sleeping, I strongly suggest to have noice cancelling solution for yourself.
Staff were superb, even though english language skills varied from none to good. All my questions were answered and problems solved, with local tips when applicable. Location is prime right next to Jolanda lift. Breakfasts (both served in house, and on two days out of my five in the hotel next room) were better than expected.

Great location next to the Jolanda lifts - great for a ski weekend. Martina and her staff in the bar/restaurant were very friendly for breakfast and also an evening drink before we walked to the village for dinner.

The breakfast was very nice at the hotel next door. The service at the B and B was wonderful the whole time, and the bar was a great place to relax with a beer or hot chocolate after skiing/ snowboarding. Also a lovely location for dinner. They also provided parking, which was wonderful.

United KingdomBed not great. Mattress sat slightly below a thin wooden bed frame edge, and was very hard. TV didn’t work when the bar below turned off its tv, but chrome cast worked.
Location near punts Jolanda chair and the village was great. Breakfast in the hotel 100m away was excellent. This place has changed from my last stay here in a different room in April ‘23 and the restaurant has gone up market. Parking is very easy. Wi-Fi good.

100m from punts jolanda lift = 3 lifts, 2 runs to the top at gabiet or across to staffal. comfortable beds, friendly staff, food in pub below was nice. was very quiet when we arrived so breakfast was in a nearby hotel up the road which was amazing, not a hassle. juicer machine, fresh honeycomb, outstanding meats and cheeses. breakfast on site was fine but not as glamorous! Gordon’s pub in staffal and hirsh stube a short walk away we’re particularly good.

SwitzerlandThere are people living on the same floor as the guests (I don't know who they are) but they obviously think it's their home and they do not have to respect the visitor's peace and quiet. I was awaken three nights out of four at one am by rowdy and slightly drunk men and women who obviously did not give a damn about more sporty visitor who badly need to rest during the night in order to be able to walk 5 or 6 hours the following day.! Each time, it went on for 20 to 30 minutes. Had to shout to them to shut up once. It's a real shame((:
I think it is a good idea to ask each visitor to order what they would like for breakfast. It contributes to people actually finishing what they have ordered and thus avoiding unnecessary waste of food. Morevor, I am not a fan to having large display of food sitting exposed to all kinds of virus and losing their nutritive qualities because of inadequate conservation
