Amazing design of the place, minimalist and elegant interior, everything you need on vacation. We also had a roof terrace at our disposal, where we could enjoy warm evenings and local wines. Our room was cleaned every day and the entire facility was sparkling clean. You can see that Teresa puts a lot of heart into what she does. What”’s more, she is helpful and truly kind-hearted person. Daniela made sure that we didn't miss anything during every breakfast. It was typical Italian breakfast (dolci per colazione) with a wide range of local products and even homemade, delicious marmelades (my fav was tomato one!) however you could also choose salty version :) Teresa, thank you for having us at B&B Welcome! We had a wonderful stay at Welcome B&B. The rooms are super comfortable with the neutral yet modern decor mixed into the old charm of the building is simply exquisite. But what really sets this place above the rest is the staff that work here. This is a small B&B so you get to know them pretty fast. Thank you Teresa who over saw the place and to Daniela who ran the breakfast which included home made jams and chutneys paired with local produce - delicious. I'm not much of a breakfast person - but I went for it! If you are looking for a place in Noto that is super central (you are practically round the corner from Cafe Sicilia - which is going to be one of your stops) but most importantly a warm Welcome is your thing - this is the place.

Newly refurbished small property with spotless, spacious, beautifully-decorated rooms. The common terrace where breakfast is served is also a great place to enjoy a moment of relax al fresco. The owner, Teresa, was extremely nice before and throughout our stay, providing tips on what to see and where to eat. Breakfast in the morning was extremely cozy. The location is excellent, steps away from the main street and the Duomo, but still secluded enough to avoid the chaos and the noise.

Beautiful property and bedrooms, wonderful staff!

This was such a treat, it’s even cuter than the photos! Location is superb and the hostess is very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Noto. It was also very clean. My husband recently had ACL surgery so this location ended up being perfect to get to the places we wanted to go and only a few steps up to the room.

The breakfast was poor. There was no choice whatsoever. Dry bread with pieces of cheese and croissant.

There should have been a selection of fruits and eggs with proper toasts. Or yogurt and fruits.

Good location near all the sites in Noto. Lovely Court yard with small plunge pool.

A truly beautiful place. our room was spacious, with a huge bedroom leading into sitting area & kitchenette. Lovely bathroom. the bed was comfortable. the sheets were clean, the towels fluffy. a small bar fridge & sink for basic food preparation. there is a restful lemon tree filled courtyard with a swimming pool. breakfast was served in the courtyard with a selection of fresh bread, croissant, fruit, yoghurt, cereal & coffee or tea. the host was lovely. softly spoken, helpful & knowledgeable. it is even more lovely than the photos. All this and a 3 minute walk to the central area lined with restaurants & stunning baroque buildings. Noto is a gem and this b&b is very special. Don't hesitate booking. you won't be disappointed.

Beautifully clean and comfortable. Lovely garden to sit out. Excellent breakfasts and Theresa and Daniela lovely.

The room was spacious and airy. we had a deluxe double. We had a large lounge and a separate bedroom, plus two balconies. Therea the owner was so helpful, generous and accommodating. Her staff were charming and warm. We had a wonderful stay and will /have wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful property to our friends and family

There could have been a few more cooking/food prep utensils (as there were at other locations) And the comfort could have been improved by some padded cushions on the garden furniture (which was quite hard)...this are only minor tweaks. This is a brilliant apartment in a great location. I cannot recommend it enough!

The size of our space and the views out of our windows. A delightful place to take an afternoon nap!

Teresa was very welcoming - felt like we were visiting family. The property is beautiful and comfortable and well located near the town centre. We really appreciated restaurant and beach recommendations.

The property was set in a lovely peaceful courtyard. The room was large and airy and beautifully decorated. Teresa was super helpful and we loved trying her dad’s marmalade for breakfast. Right in the heart of Noto it’s a perfect location too

A wonderful welcome in a very spacious room. A hidden oasis in the middle of Noto. Very helpful and friendly staff and an extremely comfortable bed. Large cool internal spaces with a garden oasis including a dipping pool.

Teresa was a wonderful host and was extremely welcoming and helpful. The property was beautiful and in a great location. The room was clean, well laid out and fully equipped. Well worth staying here if you are in Noto!

Warm welcome and amazing kindness of the owner Teresa on arrival and during the stay, quiet location despite the central location in Noto. Freshly renovated, new furniture, comfortable bed, terrace to sit on, view towards the amazing garden and to the city, safety deposit box in the room, air conditioning/heating, nonsmoking room. The whole house is very clean. Amazing breakfast with local products.
