This Villa is unique. Alex, the owner is an amazing host. The place is extremely clean. Alex makes you feel at home. The location is amazing, and the beach acroos the street is superb. I highly recommend this Villa for a relax vacation.

Perfect location, amazing balcony with a sea view. Apartment is very specious and well equiped. Alessandro was very kind and gave us a lot of information about Cagliari. We really enjoyed the beach club across the street. We will for sure come back.

If you’re looking to stay on Poetto Beach, this is a great location! A beach club right across the street and a great restaurant a few blocks away - Antica Cagliari Lungomare Terrazza.

Amazing property right on the beach. Many places to eat and swim around. There are many beach clubs where you can rent or you can just go swim free at the public beach areas. The property offers free umbrella and beach towels if you wanted to head to the public area. Both public and private beaches are steps away from the hotel. This hotel is run by an awesome family. Alex and Franki both have amazing personalities. We’ll def be back here for a longer visit.

Guest Host: Alex was kind and always ready to help. Gave us tipps for beaches and restaurants, etc... thank you, Alex :) The location: is on the promenade of Poetto that means the beach, restaurants, bars and a wonder gelateria were few steps away. If you like lovely neighbours and it's perfect place to stay.

Host, Alessandro, was an excellent gentleman, personable and helpful in so many ways ...directions, transportation ,reservations.He made us feel welcome and special.I highly recommend this ocean facing, charming villa, fully appointed and adorned with magnificent art and handsome finishes.Alessandro and his cordial and on site manager, McKenzie, gave us a memorable and pleasant holiday in Sardinia.I will return and share my experiences with other travelers.

The guest house is situated right across from Poetto beach and there are many bars and restaurants on the promenade. There are regular buses into the town centre from bus stops a short walk away.

Lovely room in a nice Villa across the road from the beach. We were running late to check-in due to a late Ryan Air flight and the host was happily waiting for us when we arrived. Several good restaurants nearby in walking distant. The beach across the road was great, there is a beach club if thats your scene or the villa will lend you towels and umbrellas. Free parking was available only a short walk away.

It can get a little loud at night with the bars right across the street. Coffee maker provided but no coffee pods to use with it.

Right on a beautiful beach! Outside shower with hot water was fabulous. Host is on site and very responsive. Took the time at check in to tell us what was nearby, including his recommendations for places to eat, and mark everything on a map for easy reference!

It was great - nothing could have been better, even after checkout I was able to store my bags, visit the beach and come back and have a shower and change- towels provided.

Breakfast not included but tea and coffee facilities in the room the host advised me where I could have breakfast - many options on the beachfront
