The owners are very kind, generous and accommodating people. Breakfast was at their restaurant across the street and it exceeded our expectations. They even prepared a small breakfast for us to keep in the fridge for our departure day since we left early.

The only think I can think of is a bit more space to put down toiletries in the bathroom. There is a drawer under the sink which is empty and which can be used, but some shelving would have been nice although it might be difficult because of the overall bathroom layout.

The owner of this place is incredibly generous. Breakfast was like that of a 5 star hotel. He prepared it just for us and we could have whatever we wanted. We had salmon, pastries, scrambled eggs, toasted bread, yoghurt, cold cuts, cheese and fresh fruit. And all of this was prepared for us alone in his restaurant by the sea side at 7:30 in the morning. The evening before we had dinner in his restaurant and it was also great. He actually has a menu that is not just in Italian, but in German, English, and French. There was also a vegetarian section which I particularly appreciated. The waiters also spoke English, French and German. All of this is exceptional for Italy where you usually just get a menu in Italian and everything consists of pasta, meat, and seafood. When we first arrived in our room, there was a bottle of chilled bubbly waiting for us as well a beautiful plate with fruit. He surely does not make a lot of money with this kind of service and does it for the love of it. Exceptional value for the money and really a first rate host. Please be aware that on Tuesday evenings, the restaurant is closed.

- nothing, everything was great ;) you have to be aware that it takes around 40mins to get to the city centre by train or bus but that's the cost of living in a quiet area by the sea, totally worth it

Lovely seaside setting, easy access via public transportation (both airport and train stations), clean and comfortable, quiet, great hospitality which included an amazing breakfast each morning.

This was a perfect stay in a wonderful, new room. The location is fantastic, directly at the sea in Bari, Santo Spirito. Very close to the airport. There was a bottle prosecco in our room and fresh fruit. Breakfast is served in the restaurant from the owner & very good; perfection. Really tastful!! Best stay in Puglia. Thank you so much for everything.

The owner was absolutely amazing and went out of his way to help us. The property was stunning, clean and modern. Beautiful welcome with bottle of Prosecco and fruit plate. The bed was very comfortable and the location was right across the street from the Adriatic Sea. Breakfast was the best with an amazing view at the restaurant across the road. Dinner at the restaurant was also amazing.

Such a nice a quiet place. Everything was lovely. Having coffee in the morning on the terase watching the sea was priceless. The food was always fresh and plenty to choose. The location of the villa and the restaurant is the best!

This place is absolutely amazing! It is situated right by the sea, and our room had a large balcony facing the sea. Upon entering the room, we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of bubbly and a plate of fruit—a lovely touch from the owners. The property features a restaurant just opposite, and despite arriving quite late (around 10 PM), we were able to enjoy a drink at the restaurant before discovering the delightful surprise awaiting us in our room. The bed was extremely comfortable, possibly the best I've ever slept in. However, the highlight of our stay was the breakfast in the morning! It included a variety of dishes, both hot and cold, which made for a truly memorable dining experience
