Lovely oasis setting. The pool was delightful. Everything was very clean. A nice simple breakfast to start the day. The staff was excellent.

No complains!

With a stunning pool surrounded by lush palm trees, we truly felt like we had escaped to an oasis. The tranquil atmosphere combined with the beautiful natural surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. The pool itself was a highlight, seamlessly integrated into the greenery, providing a serene and refreshing retreat.

The gardens needed weeding and mowing ss the grass was long and weeds everywhere.

Host was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were sound oroof and private. The pool and pool beds were clean and comfortable.

We booked a room with terrace in line with the booking.com description, but were informed that there is just a room for us without terrace, so the relevant information needs to be updated; you need a car to get around as there are no shops/restaurants within walking distance

The grout in the shower was thick with mould. It needs a really good scrub.

It was a nice quiet location away from the city and it was only a 15 minute drive to the Valley of Temples. It was a little difficult to find as our GPS kept directing us to somewhere else. However we eventually found it. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Our room was downstairs and quite dark. Please note there were a lot of stairs to the downstairs rooms. There were restaurants and a beach nearby. The property provided a very nice breakfast. My husband was pleased there were boiled eggs at breakfast.

The aircondition had a pipe leading to a basket which made dripping noises abd that could be a bit disturbing if you have shallow sleep.

It was very close to the beach, it was private with safe parking, the house had great charisma and wonderful pool area. The host Fausto is an amazing and humble man, always helpful and smiling. Thare are two cute dogs at the property. It’s a 10min drive to Agrigento and 2min to the beach. Recomend bar called Oceano Mare. Wonderful staff and food.

Nice quiet place with beautiful garden and pool. We were there for two days visiting ‘Valley of the templets’.

A little run down. Property next to the villa has load dogs and one day was burning a brisk pile which made a lot of smoke around the pool area. The air conditioning had a condensation pipe running into a bucket in the bathroom that made a loud drip sound that would have drove me crazy if I didn't make a temporary fix myself.

Pool was big. Breakfast was was nice. Bed was comfortable foam. Good size fridge in room.

Make sure you bring mosquito spray! All the greenery attracts them

Spacious, lovely oasis for a traveller. Good breakfast, place to make tea and cook, lovely pool.

Rather out of the way and a car is essential. Some of the grounds need a bit of attention. There is a barbecue area but as residents are unable to use the kitchen facilities, I can’t see how it could be used.

A very comfortable bed and breakfast in a garden setting, excellent breakfast. The pool area is lovely and well maintained.

The host was lovely up until there was a misunderstanding regarding the lock on the front door. He became very aggressive and shouted very loudly at us. We had considered leaving but we had already paid for the week. He apologised for his outburst the next day, however my child and I still did not feel comfortable for the last couple of days. Please be aware the host’s dogs roam freely, which (although I like dogs) can be annoying with them begging for food whilst you are eating, stealing food left on table and waking us a couple of nights barking outside our doors. They also escaped a few times when we opened exit gates and then we had to coral them back in as it is a busy road. There is also NO cooking facilities, our bathroom door didn’t close and the toilet seat broke - which was reported but not fixed.

The pool is wonderful and not too busy - even in the middle of August and can also be used in the evening. Lovely grounds with hammocks and pool sleepers. The breakfast was also good and close to drive to wonderful beaches and great eateries.

Dated villa, thin walls, grounds not well maintained, marginal breakfast. Looked like they were pretty much closed for the season, ie. we were the last guests.

Quiet location within a short drive to the valley of the temples.

It is a very nice small hotel with a beautiful garden and pool. The breakfast exery morning in the garden is fantastic.
