Small quaint clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Well supported by host. Good location with supermarket almost opposite and lovely pasta shop close by.

Lovely location, comfortable, spotlessly clean

We couldn’t fault it

Its close to public transportation, you can also find everything nearby- restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc. Ludovico is SUPER helpful, he made our stay comfortable. The room itself is also really comfortable, I especially like the mattress & the pillows. You get to have breakfast in a cafe across the street for a full on italian experience.

Very friendly hosts, great location, the apartment was clean and cozy. We were also pleasantly surprised with a bonus breakfast

You can easily contact the host. He respond immediately. Like us we arrived more early than our checked in time. He let us leave our luggages. And we have free breakfast and we need to check out early at 3am and he let us used the breakfast a day before. Big thanks to the host☺️

Everything was perfect. The room was so clean. It is even nicer than in the photos! The host was very helpful. Voucher for coffee & croissant was brilliant to get too.

Nothing - all was good

Great for an overnight in Milan. It was close to restaurants and cafes and easy walking distance to duomo. Check in was easy given it’s done remotely with a very helpful owner. Very clean and thoughtful treats supplied. A car park is available a block away.

Liked everything, although note that shower is v small.

We stayed in Room "2" The aircon worked very well and there was a coffee machine with pods. Plenty of bathroom supplies including shampoo, body wash and toilet paper. Great block out rolling shutters. The location was great, as was the breakfast of croissant, fresh orange juice and a coffee at Gran Cafe pretty close to the accommodation.

I booked this room months in advance of our stay. As we are traveling for 5 months we are relying on free wifi for WhatsApp ect. On arrival I had immense difficulty communicating with Ludovico as I couldn't connect to his wifi. He seemed very impatient with me because of this. Once connected all was ok. It could have been so much easier than he made it. I booked a deluxe room, however I do not believe that is what we ended up with. There was only 1 small side table, and limited room for luggage. No desk. The fridge was hopeless at cooling anything. The bathroom was compact to say the least. The lady at the front office, is unfriendly and in no way associated with checking in. I would have preferred to stay in room 3 which I believe to be the deluxe. In all our travels we have never had such trouble checking in to a room that I don’t believe was what I paid for. Done

It's not a B&B - you get a coupon for a coffee, pastry, and juice (the fresh O.J. was wonderful) at a bistro 2 blocks away. The shower was very small - a big person could not fit into it. Getting access to the room was a little convoluted, as the owner wasn't available to meet you. The best parking available was a few blocks away, which wasn't convenient for getting 2 large suitcases to the room (traveling for 7 weeks).

The host was very kind and responsive—always quick to reply and provided clear, helpful information. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.

While the room was on the smaller side, it wasn’t an issue for us since we only stayed one night. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience—we appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail.

Lovely little place - very clean, bed super comfortable. Ludvico was very helpful when I couldnt figure out how to unlock the outer door to the suites - you have to turn the key twice counterclockwise or the deadbolt doesn't open all the way. Just different than in my country. Security of the place was good, I felt very safe there. Excellent location within walking distance to Duomo and central Milan. Carrefour Express right across the street if you need a drink or snack. I didnt get a chance to use the free tickets for coffe and croissant at nearby cafe but it was a nice gesture. Very good price for central Milan. I would certainly stay here again.

Nothing. Although you dont get access information until you arrive, Ludvico will call you promptly and walk you through how to access your room. Just make sure your phone is charged and you have WhatsApp.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast of coffee and croissant was appreciated. Netflix and other channels were available for our enjoyment. The room was close to our bus stop.

There was a tea and coffee machine, but no cups to drink it out of or spoons to stir in sugar. The location isn’t very close to the subway station, but walkable. On the afternoon of our arrival someone must have been giving piano lessons in the building because we kept hearing the same song repeated through the walls which was unexpected.

Checkin was awkward. All done via cellphone and the WhatsApp application. Lack of physically present staff.

Location- walking distance to Milan Duomo. Close to trains/trams and not too far to metro. Property was immaculately clean and secure.

Bit tricky to find, even with directions. Little on the small size wrt room and space.
