Whilst there are coffee and tea facilities, there was no coffee or tea available. The fact that there is only one bathroom which is shared between 4 rooms.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The host responded promptly when we contacted him. Check-in was very easy. The place is very close to the centre and only a few minutes walk from the bus and train stations.

Several double rooms sharing one bathroom (shower/toilet/wash basin) was an occasional problem. The electronic entry/exit system I understand has advantages, but isn't my thing.

Some nice touches on the decor. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable bed. WiFi reliable. Clean. Location convenient walking distance to centre. Quiet.

It had a good kitchen which the 4 rooms shared. Even though there was a coffee machine you could not use it as there was no coffee etc. no way to prepare a simple hot meal

The bed was large but not very comfortable. the mattresses were sliding apart on the frame. It was necessary to correct them.

The facility is located close to the train station and Flixbus stop. It only takes a few minutes to reach the center of Verona. On the route to the Colosseum you will find cafés, restaurants and shops. A room with a bathroom equipped in accordance with the information and on the website (towels, personal hygiene products, hairdryer). The bed was large but not very comfortable. the mattresses were sliding apart on the frame. It was necessary to correct them. The owner allows access to the kitchen. You can park your car in a public paid parking lot or with the owner for an additional fee.

Excellent location - 5mins from the station. Nice and quiet rooms too, we saw others a couple times in passing but we never heard a sound from others. There are good basic kitchen facilities, hair dryer, body wash etc… Our room was very big and had a small balcony. This stay was excellent value.

Kitchen could use some basics like salt, pepper and olive oil. Couldn't use any pots, pans or the stove , so basically there's only a microwave. Bathroom could use a little update (crack in the shower-floor and burnt hairdryer).

Very spacious room and nice design. Comfortable bed and clean rooms. Even has a little balcony! Great for longer stays. The host I contacted during my stay was very kind and accommodating. I was allowed to leave my backpack for a couple hours after check out, which was very convenient and kind of them to allow!

Location close to train station is really convenient. Price - quality is really positive. They have a sort of self check in which I find convenient. Communication was good as well.

Although the description says the room has AC, there was no remote for it in the room and when I asked about it the answer was “I couldn’t use it because they only allow during summer”. But it was June and 30 degrees already.

The room was very big and comfortable, the bathroom was spacious as well. The location was great, very close to the train station (5 minutes walking) and not far from the city center, around 20 minutes walking.

Not very good kitchen. The oven didn't work properly. Not enough kitchenware. No salt/pepper/other basic stuff.

Only stayed one night as we needed a place to sleep while travelling through. Booked the private bathroom room. Room was nice, digital check in was seamless. Location was great - walking distance from the train and also into the lovely town. Wished we had more time to explore Verona!

Electronic acces to building and to apartment was very intuitive. Apartment and room were clean and it was very close to city center (walk 10 minutes to arena).
