The room was really comfortable and cleaned every day with fresh towels left every morning. All the facilities that were listed were there. The apartment was in a great location only minutes walk from the main square and the Arena. The host was excellent with any queries answered very quickly.

Absolutely incredible location, right in the middle of the city. Room was beautiful with a breath taking view. Even though they weren't there in person, the host was exceptionally kind and available to help me with a booking issue I had. Can't recommend highly enough.

The communication should have been much better. We were messaged a few days ahead with check-in and check-out times, asked when we would arrive, but nothing about how to access the property. When we arrived I pressed the button on the outside panel and opened the door but hadn’t seen the plaque below the buzzer panel as to the location of the BnB. We found it four floors up and rang the buzzer. Nothing. We waited a few minutes and checked downstairs to see if someone was meeting us outside. Nothing. I messaged the owner through WhatsApp and had to wait several minutes for a reply. I was given all the necessary access codes but no apology or reason as to why I wasn’t given those ahead of time or met since my arrival time had been requested. Once in we realized this is an apartment divided into three private rooms with a tiny shared kitchenette space. There didn’t seem to be any other guests the one night we were there. There is a microwave but no dishes or utensils.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Being just a few minutes walk from the Arena was why we chose this place. In the room in a drawer were several pods to make espresso as well as a few small packages of cookies and toast with sides of jam and Nutella.

Excellent location , near to the historical centre of Verona. The host maintained excellent communication. We would have found it difficult to locate the actual building that our room was in, but Elena was contactable and explained in perfect English where the entrance to the building was. The room had everything we needed. Very tastefully decorated, clean and so forth. It was indeed a lucky find and only minutes away from The Arena.

The bathroom was clean but a bit too small. The elevator in the building was functioning but quite old.

The staff was very kind and the location very central, perfect for a night at the Opera in Arena. The room was comfortable and spacius, everything was very clean.

The day off arrival we were requested to pay cash or by bank transfer. Very basic breakfast. Only prepackaged toast and biscuits with very little marmelade / jam and no other choices. Too little regular coffee cups.

t wasn't clear from the booking that this is a private rental - essentially one apartment has been converted in 3 rooms, with their own facilities. Communication could've been better.
