Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

SwitzerlandWe very much enjoyed our stay at the B&B. The host was very friendly and the breakfast was nice and we could enjoy it on the terrace. The B&B is in a very quiet area a bit outside of town, which was just fine for us.

Wonderful place to stay . Tiziana are hostess spoke exceptional English . Two rooms with use of pool . Rooms well appointed . Fridge in kitchen to use. Good choice for breakfast . Cakes , ham, cheese,eggs . Large terrace area with chairs and loungers. You do have to drive into Trani to eat etc about 10 mins .

New ZealandOur room was next to the soccer field, and the games went till midnight, mad it a little noisey to sleep, as we like to have the windows open for fresh air, but with the windows closed the noise was reduced.
Excellent host and a beautiful apartment. Very spacious and a lovely setting. Easy to access and great for parking.

A beautiful property with a stunning pool and patio area. Very modern and comfortable. Exceptional bathroom. Trani is just down the road with a relaxing port area with restaurants and the best gelato.

United KingdomAs we were unfortunate with the weather we felt the walk into Trani was too far especially in the evening so we took the car. We were disappointed that we didn't use the pool as that looked lovely but that was only due to poor weather over which the owner who lived downstairs had no control!
It was great for us sharing the accomodation with 2 friends as there are only 2 ensuite rooms. We were able to enjoy the shared sitting area together in the evenings as we had rain. We were very pleased with the kitchen in the accommodation on the bank holiday as everything closes in Italy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and modern. The breakfasts provided by the helpful host set us up for the day.
