Because if it’s central location, which is a major plus, the streets are noisy at night, Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper!

The apartment is in the perfect situation, close to both the Duomo and the Uffizi gallery. Monica the host was delightful, always ready to answer emails and help us with suggestions for restaurants etc. The apartment is spotlessly clean, and offers all you could need to cater for yourself, or use the surrounding restaurants and bars. The decor is tasteful, and waking up each morning to the beautiful ceiling in the bedroom is a delight.

The bathroom was not in the room. It is a short distance down the hall past another apartment. It was really no big deal as you get the key to the bathroom so it is private but several times I went to take a shower and the other tenants were coming and going. Also if you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night like me you have to be very quiet not to disturb the other tenants. There is no TV in the room and due to the location the crowds outside can get pretty noisy. The king bed was 2 twin beds put together so it was a little lumpy in sections. The refrigerator and snack area is outside the room as well. We observed the other tenants taking some of our items even though it was to be just for us. I would recommend putting this in the room.

The location was simply the best. As close to the Duomo as possible. The room was very spacious and the ceiling mural was amazing. Monica was extremely helpful and very responsive.

The apartment is beautiful, painted ceilings in the style of Florence. A unique location and a wonderful owner. There are options for leaving luggage. Central location.

The bathroom is not in the room. It is down the hallway next to another room. You do get the key to the bathroom so it is private however you must lock it as other tenants attempted to use it. It is uncomfortable to go to the bathroom and other tenants are coming and leaving at the same time. It is also inconvenient if you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night as you need to be quiet not to disturb other tenants. The bathroom is also small with no ventilation fan. The shower is small. The king bed was 2 twin beds put together and was lumpy in sections. Because of the location the outside crowd is pretty noisy. The refrigerator and coffee/snacks are also outside of the room and we had other tenants taking our snacks/coffee/water. It would be more convenient if these were in the room. These are just facts but overall we did not mind. They may be an issue to others that is the only reason we are mentioning them.

The location was fantastic. The WiFi was pretty good. The room was spacious. Snacks, 1 bottle of wine, 2 beers, 2 waters and instant coffee included just outside your room.

It was very noisy at night with people going home late. Impossible to get a taxi to the airport (they were on strike) but location is not easy for taxis so suggest the easy 12 min walk to train station and catch the T2 tram is a good option.. or walk out to a taxi stand… when they’re not striking..!

The location is perfect for exploring Florence. Lovely big spacious room with a small bathroom down the hallway. Nicely decorated.

The accommodation is excellent! Its location is unbeatable, putting you close to everything. What I loved most about this property is its ability to connect with the vibes and spirit of the Renaissance in Florence; the room's ceiling is simply spectacular! Additionally, I want to highlight the incredible attention from Monica, who, even at 5 in the morning, was willing to help me with a personal issue.
