Some difficulty to find the place at first, no response via booking messanger to asking for keeping the luggage before checking in at 16:00 (relatively late compared to other accommodations), though I think it shouldn't be very difficult for the host, ended up paying for storage 3.5 euros for 1.5 hours (there is a place in front of the building entrance). Unfortunately, there was a barking dog for at least 2 hours from 22:30 from one of the neighborhood buildings.. More electricity ports in the room would be helpful (needed to disconnect the lamp to charge the phone).

Good location, secure, quiet (beside the dog barking incident), clean, the blue decor room is very pleasant, just the right amount of what is truly needed to enjoy Verona

A small, cozy hotel run by a very kind and welcoming lady. The rooms are fresh, recently renovated, and clean. Perfect location between the train station and the city center – both can be reached within just a few minutes on foot. There is also the option to leave your luggage, which is very convenient. An ideal place to explore the city by walking everywhere. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

An early check in of 3pm was pre-approved, but no one was available to let us in until 4pm. I would have stayed somewhere else if they had said an early check in was not possible, or at least let us drop off our bags before 4pm.

Wifi is too slow. Door lock is difficult to open. But overall we had a fantastic stay.

Access to the hotel is just a door next to the restaurant of the same name. There is no access outside the stated check in times. I understood that I couldnt check in at my arrival time but was expecting to have access to a luggage room. As it was I had to hang around for over an hour to gain access as no one answered the contact phone numbers on the door. There were no tea & Coffee making facilities in the room though there was a communal area with a drinks machine which was FoC.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was close to the city centre, excellent for sightseeing. Though the name indicates bed & breakfast there was no breakfast service despite being above a restaurant.

There was some noise from local restaurants and traffic if window open. The door into the apartment was tricky but there was a knack which we learnt over the few days we were there - pull the door towards you while turning key.

This accommodation far outweighed our expectations. A fantastic location from walking in from train station to wandering into piazza Bra. It no longer offers breakfast but there are facilities to make hot drinks in a communal area where we also had lunch which we bought from the very handy and large supermarket just up the road. There was a fridge in our room where we could keep lunch items and water cold. The AC was a fantastic facility considering how hot it was and the bathroom was very well appointed. The owner was very welcoming despite our late arrival and it really was the perfect place to stay for a few days exploring the wonderful city of Verona.
