How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room required deep cleaning, specifically around the ceiling.
The room was well organised, with a proper bathroom. The breakfast was awesome. A variety of cakes, tea and coffee, with fresh local fruits.

B&B was easy to find and near station. Breakfast was excellent. Took up hosts restaurant recommendation and found it very good.

Warm welcome, comfortable bed, large room. Fantastic and generous breakfast left out for us. Quiet street but close to restaurants and station.

Everything went well.
Me and My family of 4 absolutely loved the stay at Stefany B&B! There Was a bunk bed for the kids, they were very excited for it. The host Stefani and her son was kind with us in the check in, explained everything that we need to know about our stay and the city of Tirano. The breakfast it’s a plus, everyday she gets us fresh bread, croissants… we really appreciate it. Snacks and coffee available all day long! Thank you!

NA Everything was good.
Looks better than in the pictures. High speed WiFi. Parking spot just at the entrance. Lots of snacks provided in the room. Easy check-in process and effective communication with the host. Lots of breakfast provided (cereals, breads, pastries, cold cuts, yogurt etc) Warm comfortable beds. Close to good restaurants and the city center.

The frame and mattress of the bottom part of the bunk bed dropped out onto the floor when our son was sitting on it. A wedge holding it in place against the side rails had moved. We replaced the frame but fixing the wedges in place would prevent this happening again.
Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The suite of rooms were comfortable and spacious for our family of four. The breakfast was excellent - fresh, local bread, hams, cheese and pastries with a wide selections of breakfast cereals, yogurts and drinks. The B&B is located in the old town, within easy walking distance of the train station, restaurants and shops.

Mattress a bit soft but that’s a personal choice.
Host was excellent. Breakfast delivered from local bakery plus wide range of “snacks” available 24 hours. Parking right outside. Good restaurants and train station nearby.

A jug to boil water in the communal area would be great. Eg to make a cup of tea. Heating water in the microwave did work well when unavailable.
Excellent communication via messaging. Flexibility of check in when train delayed. Great recommendations. Incredibly generous breakfast provided. Clean and comfortable accomodation. Friendly welcome. Clear instructions.

Mixed feelings about breakfast. Fresh bread and generous cold cuts of ham and cheese were provided.as well as croissants and a selection of yoghurts. Coffee from a small machine. No proper breakfast table, we used the desk in the room.
The host Stefania was very friendly and provided good advice and information. The room was large and comfortable. Parking safe and right in front of the property.

There is nothing that we did not like. Everything was excellent. A small suggestion. A name board near the turning in the main road towards Porte de Milano and one near the Hotel will help us in identifying the property easily.
Spacious and clean rooms. Good Breakfast and Snacks. Very courteous owners. Near to Tirano Station.
